Seriously though, all joking aside, the tactics for the Third Line are really quite simple. Do not let the other team score. Pretty straight forward, right? Let’s face it, when you have a 6’5”, 270-pound, human wrecking ball like Spicy MacHaggis defending the net, that is not a problem. Spicy has been given his marching orders and those orders are simple. Hit them and hit them hard. This of course is something that comes naturally for Spicy, who grew up on the mean streets of Glasgow, Scotland.
