Registered S22, S32, S34, S40, S42,S52 Challenge Cup Champion Code: Task #1 - 3 TPE Creller would be tying his skates up for Quebec City. Greyson Cooper put's on a great performance on the top line, but the 3rd line could really use some dazzle. Creller is the one for that job with his grit in front of the net. He owned a shooting average better than his entire team, including Cooper with only 14 minutes of ice time, with no special teams. Slide him on the powerplay to clean up from the point and the third line for even strength, and the cup for sure goes to Quebec City. Vancouver was a pretty tough team but we would have at least beat Newfoundland and put up a better showing. Get swept was bad luck, but even a Quebec Vancouver series with Creller on the third line would have been a 7 game nailbiter. Worst case I'd like to just sit on the 4th line with 6 minutes a game and be happy I was on Evok's team. Code: Task #10 - 3 TPE Next season was looking to be a big one for the Outlaws but with a couple hits in activity, it is looking to be an improvement of humbled proportions. While their core is developing nicely, it's numbers reduced from 7 to 5. They are still going to put some good numbers up, but they need a solid draft to keep developing to be ready for an S63 push through playoffs. S64 should be a good one. We should at least be ready to make a second round appearance but the regular season should see a 15-20 point increase to their top producers. Unfortunately one of the actives who dropped off was their developing goaltender, a massive hit to any rebuild losing their starter. The SMJHL is a cruel world, it's hard for some teams to stay on track. I am excited to see our top line come together as we play the season with our 350 TPE builds Code: Task #11 - 3 TPE Creller is spending his offseason playing Rocket League. It's a slow offseason when you are out early and the rest of playoffs aren't exciting to you. The draft is approaching and Eddie has had a few conversations with GM's but there have been no indications of where he might end up on draft day. He has a list of a few teams that he would like to play for but he wants to win a cup in the SMJHL first before he worries about where he is playing in 3 seasons. Yes he will get drafted, but there are a few seasons until he actually joins the team that determines if he makes the roster, or gets moved for other pieces. That's the way it is in the SHL, sometimes the best move is to bring in pieces that are ready to push for a cup instead of a player you can't use right away Code: Task #13 - 1-4 TPE A) Tommy Tightpants. It was close between Tommy and Pasta the Turtle but imagining someone skating around the ice in Lulu's is plain hilarious. He would distract the other team with his glutes before giving the cheeks a quick flex as he toe drags around them. Blocking shots would probably hurt, but he can use the Turtle as a shield. B) Spoiler: They didn't. Newfoundland probably should have focused on scoring more goals than the opposition. 100% of games are won when one team scores more than the other. You can't argue with advanced statistics like that. If Newfoundland were able to at least prevent Vancouver from scoring as much, they would have a better chance at scoring more than them. C) As I said in prompt 1, Creller joined the Citadelles. In this universe it was Creller being the difference maker as the Citadelles trounced the Berserkers. While facing Colorado the Citadelles fire on all cylinders with the force of 1000 earthworms. It is still a 7 game series but Quebec just couldn't get a tee time until after the date for Game 7, so they figured they may as well just play hockey D) Ragnar Ragnarsson deserves credit. with under 12 minutes on ice a game, putting up 38 points is quite the feat. Without Ragnarsson putting in work deep in the lineup the regular season might have been a different story for the Whalers. Not by much, but they would have lost a couple more games Code: Task #16 - Milestones Creller Milestones +3 |
