The true "Parity Issue" in the league

As a player, I truly could not care less whether my GMs do a PTs for TPE or if they get the TPE courtesy of a pass in exchange for all the other work they put in.

If nobody at all on the team looked like they were doing PTs or even trying, that would be pretty demoralizing but as long as they are getting the TPE and it looks like they're working hard for the team in other ways, why do I care whether they vomited out 150 words for it or not? Are people really out here reading all of their GMs' PTs? Is anybody really reading most other people's PTs if they aren't getting paid to do it? I would rather my GMs be an active presence in the locker room and make me feel appreciated and valued and be able to put their time into that and making the team better.

Basically agreed to all of this. I don't know SHL's exact situation, nor will I share exacts for SMJHL, but I will say that generally applications are down across the board. Extra emphasis on the who really reads their GM's PT task as a motivator to do their own?
