i think updates would be cool to automate. the PT team alots points for completed tasks and then it banks up in users accounts for them to use through button clicks. it could potentially remove the updater role entirely (maybe need a few auditors still to catch errors), but to have all of the users on an exportable CSV to then be uploaded into FHM could be time-saving and easier to use.
