Interviewer: Thanks for doing this with us Alex.

Roach: No problem, always happy to make time for a quick chat.

I: Buffalo has been doing pretty well lately, and you specifically have been on a bit of a tear. How are you guys feeling about this season?

R: Feeling good so far, we have a great team and even though the last few games haven't been the best, we are still rolling along. It's a tough division with Toronto looking good this season but I'm confident we can come out on top. 

I: You won the Jeff Dar award for best defensive forward last season, what are you doing to try and repeat that performance this year?

R: I'm just trying to repeat what I did last season, if it ain't broke don't fix it right? I just need to keep blocking shots and keeping the puck away from the other guys and I should be able to grab another one or two Dars.
