Hey Martijn, thanks for doing this.

Martijn: No worries, thanks for having me.

So let's get this started. You come into the season coming off a record setting regular season but some playoff disappointment. What was your outlook coming in?

Martijn: Well, our outlook was to get better and to win games. I think that's gone alright so far, we're definitely not on a record setting pace but maybe that's a good thing. I think we're really starting to come together as a team and we're going to be positioned well to make a deep run in the playoffs this year.

And how have your new teammates fit in?

Martijn: It's been awesome. Fluw is awesome to have in the locker room and we spend a lot of time just kind of shooting the shit off the ice. Andy has been a great presence for our defence even if he is a little more reserved. Clean is... well everyone knows Clean. Fantastic. And then we got to spend a little time with our prospect Dave Heinrich who has been fantastic and I think we've got a star in the making there.
