Even if you go up after three seasons you won't suck. EAB had 20 points although shot at 2.5% so could have easily had 30 at league average when he came up after 3 junior seasons. 42 points after what would have been his fourth and is on pace for about 60 this season. All seems pretty reasonable for rookie players to me.
