Makrus will start a workout podcast so everyone can get into the kind of shape he is in. The podcast will be set to the song You're The Best Around by Joe Esposito. On the podcast Makrus will start the workout with couch sit-ups. Makrus does couch sit-ups every day and for an extra workout while contracting your abs at the high of the sit-up reach your arms out and grab a slice of pizza. Sit-up pizza down do this for 20 reps. Then we move on to stair running. For a fast stair workout you can use the elevator. Next will be a run. This is the part of the podcast with mostly just Makrus breathing hard while running. Since you can’t see anything that is happening all the instructions are pretty vague. Bonus find a slow running partner so you can keep up and look like you are much faster.
