I always grew up seeing fighting in hockey games, so I feel it's just as much a part of the game as scoring goals, taunting fans in the penalty box and slamming fans on the sides of the rinks out of enthousiasm. I have not been watching a lot of hockey anymore lately, but i feel it's a sad thing there no longer is fighting, hockey isn't supposed to be politically correct, i just want fast paced action and some fists being thrown around. Nothing wrong with this right?

I feel that even in today's world fighting still should be possible in hockey, if you see a teammate get hit bad by a guy 2 heads bigger as him, ofcourse it's a good thing to send in your own giant to level the playing field. I feel fighting is also there to protect the weaker players, and of course, it's fun for the crowd as well. So please reinstate fighting in hockey.
