Well for me my favorite team In the nhl is the Philadelphia flyers who have a deep history for that part of the game unfortunately I wasnt born in that era but my father remembers it and is why he has been a life long flyers fan turning me into a life long flyers fan the history of fighting is a deep one that I think the game benefits on maybe there isnt nearly as much fighting as there was back in the day and I think that is ok too take the pointless fighting out of the sport dont make the sport we love a circus of goons although it did help my favorite team with a couple cups but I think hockey now is too fast for that type of goon like squad put together like the board street bullies where the only player they had was good goalie in Parent and Clarke no really else but alot of tough mofos with alot of balls they dont make em that way anymore
