My personal assistant is really in charge of making sure I'm cold enough and that I have enough sticks (and cake) to eat. The cake is really important, and since I make like, millions of dollars each day, I imagine I could pony up about a million per year, which is at least $150 dollars an hour assuming 16 hour days, 365 days a year. Which Melvin would assuredly not do.
