Each answer must be 50+ words. a. A full scale rebuild vs an expansion team and which is a more accomplished feat is a hard thing to quantify. For starters, Winnipeg went through a rebrand, but still had the storied past. Then Philly comes in with an expansion draft, a few key FA additions, and good drafting. When you try to build a good team, it all comes down to the locker room. In this case, Philly won. b. To shut down Mikko Rashford is a simple thing to do. Take away all the passing lanes and let give him one on ones with the goalie. If he can't pass, he's forced to shoot. When he shoots, it's a pure gamble. So leave it to be for the Philly Goalie to go one on one with a clear shot, and the goalie will get it 99% of the time. c. When you have that many shots against you, in such a short amount of time, and the adrenaline that comes along with it, you can't stop that goalie. They're on a historic run and got hot at exactly the right time. Instead, you try and wear down the defense even further and get better quality chances. d. Well, on paper Winnipeg should have won. 200 tpe stronger than Philly, a good core group. But, Philly had the luck of the sim gods (with some help), this playoff run. The right players got hot, and that was it. So as much as Winnipeg should have won, you can't argue with momentum. Code: 5. Written, 3 TPE, Fire and Light (150 words min) Bear god who is made of light, or a magma monster with a giant hammer. Well, this one has to take place on a planet with a decent amount of gravity, otherwise both forces wouldn't be able to compete. But how do you fight light with fire? is that even possible? Let's take a deeper look into it. Visible light is electromagnetic radiation that can be perceived by the human eye. To take that even further, can the bear harness the power of light? If so, there's many ways that the bear could potentially harm another god like monster. Light below infrared, a microwave, could cook the insides of a normal person. But will that affect magma in the same way? Likewise, can the power of a magma forge hammer disrupt light enough that it breaks up the particles. How fast does that light radiation come back together and "heal" the bear god? This seems like an unwinnable battle for either side. But, as my name suggests, I'll be rooting for the bear. And when it's all said and done, I'll be wearing it. Code: Code: Igor won the Cup Philly beat the Aurora Party like Ovi Code: 18. Written, 2 TPE - The Procrastinator Special! (100 words min.)
