To start I became a second fucking goalie on the ice and ended the regular season holding the career record for shots blocked in the SMJHL at 781.  This took 236 shots blocked, that ranks 6th highest in a single season and beat my previous personal best by over 49 blocks.  I see it as a capstone to my time in Detroit along with our 4 Star Cup in Season 68.

For the Falcons ourselves, we had regression as our top center BNana N’Waffles was called up to the SHL along with other TPE rich pieces.  This resulted in us missing out on a bye which wasn’t the case in S68 and S69 when we made the Cup Finals both seasons.  We were able to win over Quebec in the 1st Round but being taken to 7 games by a 19 win team was disheartening.  The New Foundland series was a disaster with a 9-2 loss in Game 3 and us losing in 5.  I wished for a much less anticlimactic ending to my tenure in Detroit but I wouldn’t trade it for anything sim related
