The new arena needs to be transit-accessible, so we're putting it right downtown, located near many busy mass transit lines. There will be plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which does cut down on concession sales...but does help the local economy significantly more. There's even going to be a special deal with a nearby Denny's for shutouts! We'll also be swinging deals with some of these nearby establishments for game day discounts if you have a ticket to the game, giving more incentive to support the arena district, not just the arena.

As for name, I do not believe in corporate names, I would be all for retaining the name Tony Pepperoni Dome - but make it the Tony Pepperoni Dome II or something. You wouldn't name a cathedral after some business sponsor, why do it with your sport venue? There's a reason they're named St. Luke's or whatever and not the IBM Church of St. Luke.
