Amenities Wish-list.

When you play at the highest level, the SHL, you want to be able to access the best in terms of amenities in order to feel at home with your team and perform at your best on the ice. A world-class training facility with an SHL-level sheet of ice is a minimum. I need a good gym, a video center to watch game tapes, and an elite therapy facility with competent staff for injuries and treatment days. For me, the arena is a place of business I'm there to work so I don't care about anything that isn't related to hockey. I don't mind if there is leisurely stuff around, but if I want leisure I'll enjoy what I have at home. The arena is my office. The best for the best so that we can be at our best. Can't be the best player in the world without the best equipment.
