Written Task:  Tell me what your player cares most about in terms of stadium amenities. What do they expect to see? What would surprise them, positively or negatively? What do the weight room and film room absolutely have to have? (150+ words)

Sean Davies is a pretty laid-back guy, so he's not too obsessed with the amenities the team has. He's more concerned about feeling and playing well, so his top concern would be having a good treatment facility. Someplace he can take ice baths and get taped up so he can perform at his peak. The film room should have chairs that are comfortable but not so comfortable you fall asleep, and a classic college lecture hall fold out desk so he can take notes in his film studies. Make sure the films can be projected large and HD too so he doesn't miss anything. The weight room should absolutely be top notch. Davies wants to be able to have the option to do any workout he can dream of, and no half-baked weight room is going to cut it. Finally, for fun maybe throw in a few ping-pong tables so he can bond with his team. All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy and all that.
