Option 2: Zedward is definitely ready to ramp up his training and workouts. Zedward has been following the Tom Brady and Cristiano Ronaldo diet and workout regimes, and is prepared to double the sets (if needed). But the most important aspect is the new mental side of the game. Zedward has begun visiting various Hindu temples and practicing meditation to fully unlock his chakras. Zedward already has felt a difference in his day to day life. But now it's time to apply these concepts on the ice. Zedward is beginner to feel calmer and more locked in, rather than tight and tense from his first couple seasons. Zedward is hoping this especially opens up his offensive side of the game and contributing more going forward.
