He knows exactly when the season starts and when he has to be present in Los Angeles - until then he has locked himself in a cave in the woods as a sort of darkness retreat, not unlike the one that Aaron Rodgers did. Now you're probably wondering: isn't that something that insane people do? The answer is probably yes. But at the same time, Rasmus says it helps him find peace after a season in which you're dealing with a lot of noise from outside the team, inside the locker room and inside your own head - you can just be in the dark and really center yourself before getting back into the mix.
