Mr No No Jo is flattered that his hometown wants to honor him by naming something after him! He is very modest and humble if he does say so himself, and since all the hockey rinks, pavillions and gyms are already taken, he'll allow them to rename the whole city after him. He has been work shopping some names, NoNo Town, Joville, Nowood, NoNo Springs. He ended up deciding on NoNo Jo Borough. It might be a mouthful for some people to say but they will at least always be asked about NoNo Jo when they tell people their hometown.
The ceremony was held, of course, on July 4th. NoNo Jo of NoNo Jo Borough stood in a superman pose as the announcement was made, and fire works began going off in the background- but they were drowned out by the thunderous cheer of the crowd!
