San Diego is definitely in a rough spot compared to some other teams, but it is also a newer and younger team. That said, the current draft that San Diego just had was incredibly deep and has done a lot to help build the team a solid foundation. This should in theory, help the team to have a very strong season or two as these young players develop, and San Diego is able to continue bringing in new talent. However, I have been around enough and know enough about the teams, and the sim in general, to know that it doesn't much matter if you have the best TPE some seasons or the lowest TPE some seasons.
