Ottawa is looking to build off of last season's accomplishments, while still developing the team as a whole to a more rounded game.

One player in particular is leading the way for the teams offensive game - Easton Schaffer. In 16 games played, they have already amassed 23 points to lead the team in the current season all while maintaining a positive +/- rating - which can be difficult for a team trying to establish themselves. They have been the crucial set-up guy for the team, while also being able to score some goals of their own.

Next up we have Master Empoleon our defensive mastermind, standing at a respectable 6ft 3in, he has been the stalwart on defense that this team needs if we want to be competitive. Rocking a decent +6 on a team that's been working their way up and down the league standings, but he also has the most blocked shots on the team with 10 more than the person below them. This is really important as our team has a lot of offensive talent with our current iteration.

Finally, we have Bishop Van Apeldoorn - our starting goalie. While the defense in front of them may be a bit lackluster at times, there's still a lot of great things to be said about this tendys tenure in net. They're sporting a respectable .894 save percentage, while playing more games than the backup. A lot of stress for this player to work through, but I have confidence that the team will figure it out to help him in net.
