No tricks are required in Petr's playbook; his entire career has been based around skill and his purpose of being the greatest hockey player to ever exist. To do so, includes beating your opponents on skill alone. While not a model sportsman by any means, as evidenced by his intense disdain of international opponents, when it comes to the competition itself, Petr wants the playing field to be even. All shenanigans and trickery are for before the game. The league need only continue as it has and continuing to punish those who desecrate the game, Petr will stick to focusing on the ice and continue on his journey to his inevitable gold. What other players do does not concern him greatly, and governing bodies only do so long as the sanctity of the hockey rink is kept right and true, because it is within that forge that all outcomes are acceptable... as long as the aforementioned tampering hasn't occurred.
