The Grizzlies played a really great trick on Elvar Gil-Galad earlier in the season that was memorable. Knowing the big tall goaltender is capable of taking the piss, as they say, the entire team got together and convinced him that the Governor's Annual Summer Ball was actually a costume party. Everyone was required to dress up. That was the literal message from the Grizzlies Management team that was told to the players.

What was Elvar to believe? His mates said it was a costume party and the brass told him to dress up... He went down to the local rental store and acquired a lovely bright red lobster suit that fit him like a glove.

He showed up to the ball and was met the roaring laughter of everyone there. Everyone else who was dressed in tuxes or sequined, shiny gowns could not even when the lobster showed up. Elvar laughed too when he realized he'd been got, but still stayed the evening and schmoozed with the dignitaries and had a great time with his team.
