My player welcomes using tricks to try and get an advantage during the game, especially in the offensive zone. The biggest thing my player does to get an advantage is while in the offensive zone he always attempts to slash the goalie as much as he can without the referees seeing. By doing this he is able to get in the mind of the opposing goalie so he has to think about being slashed rather than making saves on the shot attempts. This has proven to be a great strategy so far in his young career and the league may look into doing something about this if enough goalies start to complain. My player encourages his team mates to this tactic against opposing goalies and he has also made it clear that when other teams try to do that to his own goalie that he will make sure to rough up the other players very bad so they do not try to do it again.
