During the game, Anthony tries to help and support his goalies as much as possible. First of all, there's no such thing as different treatments regarding the two goalies no matter their position in the team (starter or backup) because they are part of the team as much as any other player. Goalies are arguably the most valuable players because if you allow too many goals every game, even is you score, you'll lose more than often. During the warmup, it is important to make sure they face good quality shots but it is also as important that they don't get shots that could injure them or that don't even touch the net. Goalies need to get warmed up to shots they can work with. You don't want to be too soft because in the game, the oppponents won't be. After letting a goal in, Anthony always goes and cheers them up to make sure that we stay in tha game and encourage them to keep going and working, the same as the team.
