Will Tomlander knows that he needs a focused goalie in order to win the game against the opposing team. He supports his goalie in any way possible that he can, before, during and after the game. Before the game he gives his goalies space, in order to focus and maintain their mental sharpness, and also during warm ups he makes sure to test them so that they can get dialed in and ready to catch shots. During the game Will Tomlander makes sure to keep the net front clear when he can, and to make sure that his goalie can see the shots coming even though Will Tomlander is trying to block these shots from getting through. In the game, if the goalies save a shot, especially after Will screws up, he makes sure to thank them. After the game, Will makes sure to gives his goalies hugs and pats because they are something that deserves the best, because they are the goodest bois and girls.
