Sonja is well aware that every position is just as important as each other but perhaps no position is as unforgiving as being a Goalie. After all, if a Skater makes a mistake there is more than likely another one close by to help recover the puck or prevent the opposition team from scoring. But for a Goalie, a mistake can be deadly in terms of how difficult it is to recover from said mistake. And a Goalie's mental state is also very crucial. As such whenever her team ends up conceding a goal, she makes sure the Goalie stays in the game. After all her younger sister, Ela is also a Goalie so Sonja saw it from a young age how crucial it is for a Goalie's performance that they are mentally strong. As for when it comes to warm-up, she usually tries to help by shooting from various angles so that her Goalie can be prepared for various scenarios in a game.
