There are a few fairly obvious contenders for league MVP this season. First are Chris Valentine and Logan Webb. They are first and second in the league in both goals and total points, with the only difference being a single goal more from Valentine. Also deserving of a mention is Toasty, who had an amazing 73 points this season as a defenceman, 15 more than the next closest defender. But more impressive and my personal pick for MVP is goaltender Justin Time. With a record of 45-8-1 Time leads the league in wins by a considerable amount, a full seven wins ahead of second place. He also leads the league in shutouts with seven. But it's not just the team around him carrying him to those wins. Time is 3rd in the league in save percentage among team's number 1 starters, and also 3rd in the league in goals saved above expected with a whopping 20.
