I'll list two forward contenders, at least one contender on defense.
To begin, I'll go with the, as of now, the leading points scorer in the league, Cristoforo Roccamontepiano (QCC). With him having the lead for points, and being a major part of the most dominant team in the league right now, he is an easy person to point to. With his point totals, he is likely the most valuable player to his team. But just behind him is tied for the leading goal scorer, Scott Fortune from Maine. I think with him having 85 points at a team which is, sure, still strong, but "weaker" Timber team. The fact he is only at 350 TPE makes me scared for how good he'll be in the next couple of seasons. Given that it is typically harder to score in hockey than get an assist, this could edge him out in regard to forwards. An under the radar pick for me, in regards to defense, is Fortune's teammate, Ty Justice. He is currently at over point per a game as a defenseman, already impressive. But something I appreciate is that he has a 200-foot game. Over 100 blocks and generally, a strong game rating for both sides of the ice. That I can respect. In regards to skaters, I think those three are the ones I lean towards. (In net, Kirkstone III or Honza Havran, Kirkstone gets my nod there for his sheer # of GP, carrying a slightly weaker team.)
