2. Sydney Shaw has an incredible 6 powerplay goals leading the league this playoffs by 3x any other player, as a defenseman no less! Is there something San Francisco is doing differently to make Shaw a power play sniper? I would say the San Francisco Pride just have a very good and balanced roster. There anyone with an important role can bring up very high numbers like Logan Webb with his Goals per Game ratio in the Playoffs. So for me it was very sure that they will dominate several sections for forwards and defender. I can't wait to see how the Challenge Cup Final will go and in the end how many Powerplay Goals will Sydney Shaw have. But also the Tampa Bay Barracuda have a nice Roster and also individual players with nice numbers. So yeah this finals could be very wild. (105 words = 2 TPE) 5. If the SHL finals were to be held in another country this season, where would the best place be and why? I would like to see the finals in germany. Any game in a different City. Hamburg would be the start. After that we would travel to Köln (Cologne). Then the next stop would be Mannheim. The Game 4 would be in Berlin. The next game would be in München (Munich). Game 6 we would go to Düsseldorf and Game 7 to Frankfurt/Main. I really would like to see that in the future. (71 words = 1 TPE) 7. Who you got? Who wins the Challenge Cup or Four Star Cup? Why? In the SHL I would go with the San Francisco Pride. Overall for me they have the better roster in any section. A top Goalie, Top Defender and Top Forwards. It will be tight but yeah they should win the finals. All other would surprise me here but it also would be an honor for Tampa Bay Barracuda to win their second Challenge Cup in Franchise History since S18 as they were named Seattle Riot. In the SMJHL I would say roster based the Quebec City Citadelles should win the Cup. They were winning the regular season with an incredible goal difference of +185. They also scored an incredible 374 Goals and just had 189 Goals against. In the North Conference Finals they beat the rushing Anchorage Armada in 7 Games. I predict that the Quebec City Citadelles will win the Four Star Cup in 5 or 6 Games and would just prove the odds. (155 Words = 3 TPE) 10. Written, 50 to 200+ words. The Unexpected Toronto ended up making it into the playoffs by one point while Atlanta had the best regular season since S71 Winnipeg. Yet in the playoffs Atlanta ended up losing the second round, while Toronto made it to the conference finals. Does regular season success matter in the long run if the team fumbles in the playoffs? Should teams give much importance to the regular season or focus all of their energy to playoffs once their team has secured a spot? Should the league in general regard the regular season results more highly? I would always say the Regular Season is important and you need to reach a playoff spot. But the Post season or in other words the Playoffs always are a restart. So you surely can win a series against a team you never would believe after a regular season. You also in the other way can lose against a Team playoff series you never would believe. It is always not easy to say why Teams could be better than all predict or in other way bad in comparison to the regular season. I wouldn’t say it is a lottery but still not 100% predictable.
