It seems a very odd choice to have two American teams have the finals in a different country, but sure let's say why not. Canada would of course be a good option. I mean they can't get finals in their country anyway, we could always just throw them a bone for being fantastic northern neighbors to us. As much as I love to joke on them, I would move to Canada in a heart beat if I had the opportunity, why not give them a finals to have fun with? Aside from Canada, I would say Australia. I mean aside from just seeming like a cool place, I just used a random country generator and that was the first country that came up. I'm sure they like hockey, we can show them the best the league has to offer! Australia has barracuda near them..... right? I mean that's kind of topical, it could give them a team to cheer for.

Well Paul Bondage would absofuckinglutely NEVER root for the Tampa Bay Barracuda. I mean all credit to them, they are a good team, but for whatever reason they seem to always give Atlanta such trouble in the playoffs. Atlanta can absolutely dominate them in the regular season and then get completely squashed in the playoffs. It is like weird voodoo that no one can understand. And for the San Francisco Pride, Paul Bondage does not really have any ill will towards them. When he first became aware of the SHL, they were always the bad team, constantly coming in last. It is really cool to finally see them building a true franchise and dynasty over there in the west.
