8). Dynasty in the Making (3 TPE)

The San Francisco Pride have the finals for two seasons in a row and have won several cups in the past five seasons. They have shown the SHL what the closest thing to a dynasty has been since some of the great teams during the 50s and 60s. The team is built upon a great core foundation of both forwards and defensemen that have come up together and continued to build chemistry through out the years. This is becoming a blue print for many other teams, by building through the draft the players will not only have the same window to win but to also develop outstanding chemistry and be great teammates. The only down side of this is that if many other teams try to follow the Pride, then the Pride will continue to win for the next few seasons as the other teams are very young while the Pride have established veterans that will continue to out play the younger teams based on skill and chemistry.

13). National Pipeline (2 TPE)

My player’s national team is the United States, which has the best talent of all the SHL nations. My player loves his country and representing them, however he has taken a bigger interest in making sure his SHL career is successful and has not made at much representation for his national team in recent years. As he begins to make a name for himself in the SHL, I believe there will be more national team appearances in his future. With the United States having so much talent, it has made it very competitive for my player to get consistent ice time with the national team and this is something that he wants to change going forward.
