I bought EA Season Ticket one year for NHL alone (don't really play any other sports games)  and it completely sucked. The only people online were European players who got the full game a week earlier and the connection sucked.

As much as I enjoy playing, it's not worth it to me simply because nobody else is going to be online. I'd rather wait 5 days and actually play against people in my own hemisphere.

I prefer not to play online for the first week or two anyways so it's good for me
