S54 WFT #1 - Goal Songs

If I got to pick the Edmonton Blizzard goal song I'd probably go with something like Boy Bye by Brockhampton, but only the 2nd half of the song where the woman says "Boy bye".

For the toronto North Stars the song Starboy from The weekend would be pretty nice!
I also think Chelsea Dagger is a sick goal song which would fit to any team.

Thank you @Carpy48, @honkerrs

I think Heartless by The Weeknd would be a good goal song for Hamilton, the line that says cause I’m heartless and I’m back to breaking sims my ways cause I’m heartless

There is only one song that could be appropriate and worthy as the Toronto North Stars goal song, and that song is obviously Kenny Loggins "Danger Zone". What else could hype the fans up more than actually seeing a goal get scored at home? Nothing, that's what. HIGHWAY TO THE DANGER ZONE!

There's so many ways to go for a goal horn but to start it off I think you have to have a solid loud horn to start it off. For this I always turn to the Dallas Stars' Goal Horn. Now as for the song itself I like the sound of rock with a drum or electric guitar build up to get the crowd going. Additional points from me if the artists chosen are local artists!

And so, to start I'd recommend either the Edmonton Blizzard or Calgary Dragons Nickelback - Burn It to the Ground starting at where the drums and electric guitar really starts to kick in. As a mentioned earlier, the drums and electric guitar build up would really get the crowd going and Nickelback is a Canadian band from Alberta so that makes it even better.

For my SHL team of Toronto, I had a hard time coming up with a goal song that I really liked so I came up with 2 that were acceptable. The first is The Tragically Hip - Three Pistols. I really liked the electric guitar leading up into the start of the drums. The only thing I'd wish is if the drums hit a little harder when they came in. And, The Tragically Hip are from Kingston, Ontario which is just 3 hours from downtown Toronto. As for the other potential goal song, of course I have to recommend The Weeknd - Starboy. How can I not recommend a song from a Toronto native that sings about a starboy.

Last but not least, we have the Vancouver Canucks' Goal Horn. This one is the best as a Canucks fan. From the horn to the song, there are just great memories behind this one and I'd love to hear it more if any team would take it!

As whalers im not sure if we are whales or whale hunters but if we are whale hunters then having "our only wish is to catch a fish" would be a very fitting song for us.

The goal song for the Edmonton Blizzard should be "What does the fox say" by Ylvis. It is absolutely hysterical and I can totally hear the goal buzzer sounding as Edmonton fans put up fox ears and sing "what does the fox say? ni-ning-ning". What does the fox say?

I always thought, there wasn't enough metal amongst goal songs. There's more to the genre than screaming and the songs are usually very powerful, so in my opinon quite fitting for goal songs. So I give you a rejected goal song of the Minnesota Chiefs, Amaranthe - Dynamite.

With Toronto repping the great nation of Canada, it makes sense to have their goal song be from a Canadian, ideally Ontarian, artist. The best choice in my mind for this purpose is Rush. The drummer Neil Peart performed the drum solo that’s the theme song of Hockey Night in Canada, showing they are fans of the sport. Neil is also the most talented member of the group, so the fact that Geddy Lee prefers baseball is irrelevant. As for specific song, I’d go with Freewill. It’s a song about choosing your destiny rather than letting life pass you by, and I think it makes sense for a team who wants to rebuild to lean into the mantra of “we take ownership for where we are right now but we will move forward because we know what we need to do”. Plus it’s a banger.

The Maine Timber should be using Timber by Kesha as their goal song. Not only does it say the teams name in the song, but I think it would start off funny for everyone watching the stream and then quickly become very annoying every time. Whats the point of a goal song if it doesn't make the other team regret giving up a goal even more?

Steelhawks Falcons

We can't forget that previous season was first season when we had new simtool. All teams had to do a lot of research and try greatest strategies. After this first season, only two teams can sey they are undefeated and they are - Hamilton Steelhawks from SHL and Detroit Falcons from SMJHL.

Of course, they lost some games in regular season and Play-Offs aswell, but in general - they are both undefeated and have champion trophy.

So, I think that greatest goal song for both of these teams, specially Detroit Falcons, could be ''Undefeated'' from YouTuber and boxer KSI's new album ''Dissimulation''. Steelhawks could use it aswell, but in my opinion, Falcons were more dominant that Steelhawks last season and they might continue to dominate this season aswell, while for Steelhawks it could be much harder. Best part which team could use in game (after goals or before the game) is basically beginning chorus where he raps about being undefeated.

I think that this song might gas up champion team and make opponents a bit more worried, because it's never easy to play versus team which is much harder and more confident. This song might work as confidence and ego boost for Falcons and/or Steelhawks. Plus, song has great vibe and hype type instrumental which would make great atmosphere in arena at games.

Stars Stars Stars

Okay for hamilton i think we need a song that was written by someone who has been known to cheat on people he or she is dating and i think that means that we need a nicki manaje (or however that shit is spelled song). that should do it for us i think and really help our fit in the league right now!

For when I score a goal, I would want to use Hooked on a feeling by Blue Swede. It's a really fun song and people could chant along with the uga chaka.

The Maine Timber goal song will not be, as the name might suggest, any song by Kesha. Rather, it will be a high-pitched recording of a beaver gnawing on the side of a tree to encourage it to fall. Although this will do little to rouse the fans, it is hoped that the annoying chipping noise will whittle away at the away team's sanity.

I'm going to make a proposal for any team playing against the Anchorage Armada to use My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion. It would be very fitting to have the Titanic song playing whenever the Armada are scored against.
