As long we sign Gunnar and Franson we are good. I think a prospect makes the team.

Liles - Blacker / Rielly / Holzer / Percy / Granberg / Finn / Ranger

Losing Fraser would be a loss. He was one of more more consistent defence man last year. Him and Franson played very well together.

Yeah it's definitely not a good thing when you go to arbitration, it usually means 1 of 2 things.

Either 1: The player is quite greedy and feels they're worth more than they are

or 2: The team is being greedy and doesn't think a player is as valuable as they are

After the meeting I believe it's 48 hours for a team to make a decision

They schedule a hearing usually in a couple weeks. A lot of times they settle beforehand though, happened to the Ducks and Bonino a year ago. Idk if Fraser was on a twoway deal, but lots of players file just to get a one way deal.

ya, that's how the Leafs ended up getting MacArthur, he was with I think Atlanta but his salary went to arbitration and he won, so they chose to let him go. Leafs swooped in and signed him as a UFA.

Switch McClement and Colborne. The point of bring him up is to get some NHL ice time and to prove him self.. Not to play with two tough guys lol.

think there is a new rule that you have to sign the person if the arbitrator rules it below 3 mil or something to that extent.

No but I mean when they introduce the player and give them their jersey. I know a few teams do them and I remember we did one once we landed Kessel. Clarkson was a big free agent. Maybe they won't do one idk. But it would be nice.

Josh Leivo is going to be a special player. Love our scouting staff. Picking up late round gems like this. He just has so much talent.
