We have recently responded to a lot of criticism - we discussed our expansion rules with GMs and made adjustments based on their feedback, we've spoken to people about this hiring both publicly and privately, I worked at length with Fancey on the jobs liaison position when we received criticism regarding the job hiring processes on the site, etc. Not agreeing with every criticism offered doesn't mean we refuse to handle it.

there is a huge middle ground between cave completely and have any sort of accountability for when you make a wrong decision, a middle ground you consider a no man's land for some reason literally every time any sort of criticism comes your way.

I just gave you several examples of us working with people in response to criticism, I'm not sure how that can be considered a no man's land. We've publicly said "yes, we screwed up on this" in regard to more than one thing recently as well.
