Went on a tangent to see if my first player is the highest scoring player over the course of their career to not have a challenge cup.
That distinction goes to Ryu Jones.
Then I went on a tangent to see if my player is the highest scoring player to not receive a SHL award.
That player is Dick Clapper.
Then I went on yet another tangent to see if he was at least the highest scoring player to never be nominated for a SHL award.
I had finally lowered the bar enough to fit the criteria and have a claim to fame for my first player.
