I'd have to find a job that needs good speech skills and speed. I could work on a TV show or radio because communication skills are what I could make money outside of hockey.

Jasper Maximov isn't good at anything except playing hockey (and even that is debatable). He'll lie a bit on his resume to get level entry jobs, like having years of managerial experience, a masters at Harvard and pay people to back up his claims. He'll then promptly apply for a job flipping burgers at McDonald's. We wish him luck but even with that kind of resume, we all know they aren't going to call him back.

Being as Cillian Kavanagh's favorite thing to do during the offseason is traveling; Cillian would make a great travel agent! Of course helping customers know which places best to go and what key places to hit while you are there are important so Cillian would have to pre-travel around the globe exploring various destination areas. Doesn't sound like a bad way to spend retirement; eh?

Pepperoni is used to throwing pizzas up the middle so what's the difference between throwing pizzas and tossing them? Pepperoni would definitely try his hand at being a pizza maker!

With Jack needing a new job, his first thought was to become a pro skateboarder. However he quickly realizes that if he can twist his skills into a different sport if he just trained it a different way. So he wrote up a resume talking about his "great athleticsim" and how he is a "hard worker who will train as hard as he can". Eventually he traded in his stick for a bat and is currently a short stop for the Cincinnati Reds. Emphasis on the "short"

Hockey's banned? No matter, Svech will move on to the next thing to be the best Sven at. Hell, you can call me Starbucks Sven, it'll be the best latte you ever got from a guy named Sven...guaranteed.

Podan Podanovič only plays hockey as a hobby - his true love, and his big money maker in the off-season - is brewing beer, and pickling pickles. Stop by his home town of Plsen, Czechia, and have a pint and a pickle with Podan.

Registered Not A Weeb Quote:Oh no, hockey has been banned world-wide, along with any mention of it! Your player will, of course, need a new job. With an SHL career no longer in the cards, how can you translate your hockey experience and hockey based skills onto a resume without mentioning the sport? Ryuuji will take the skills his learned on the ice and apply that as a job working as a carhop. Becoming a waiter on rollerblades where he will be delivering meals to people in their cars outsides. [37 words] Thank you Fever, sköldpaddor and OD for the amazing sigs! Montreal Impact/Militia
