7. The conference I'm choosing is the Northern Conference, though there's a lot of good players in both.

Forwards:     Left Wing: Berserkers Emeric Gagner is one of the best wingers the North Conference has to offer, Emeric has been pretty legendary getting a nice 81 points. Center: Citadelles Cristoforo Roccemontepiano has been absolutely insane this year, I think definitely an undisputed pick for the All-Star game with a staggering 118 points. Right Wing:  Citadelles Randolph Thompson, yet another Citadelle, has put up 100 points this year and a hit total of 231. Another great All-Star pick.

Defensemen: Left Defense:  Armada Javelin Bodine isn't the highest scoring defenseman but got a respectable 61 points and a whole ton of hits, blocks and takeaways that add the defense to this line where it is needed. Right Defense:  Grizzlies Argenti Gorilla amassed 57 points for the Grizzlies this year and an incredible 176 blocks, and while there are defensemen with more, it is very hard to get that many points while doing so.

Goalie:  Berserkers Katharina Rosenthal has been what the Berserkers needed in goal, and led them to second place in the standings. Not to say that Backup James Connolly isn't doing anything, but Katharina has really led the team this year, a goalie that every team could use.

I think that the team I would expect to win is the East. I genuinely don't even know what conference Philadelphia is in so I can't say that I'm making an argument just to let my boys in orange win either. I believe that the East will win because it has been suspected for a long time - and as far as I can tell it likely is true - that when you have better chemistry, you will always tend to play better as a team. With the east having 5 teams sending 2 or more, that's ultimately 10 players at a minimum who have good chemistry with teammates, and that can never be understated in a league matchup regardless of whether it's the all-star game or not. 2.   The east is headlined by Antoine Beauregard and Tony Soprano, who are fifth and sixth respectively in scoring, followed by Jiggle E Puff, Max Carnage, and Trevor Lahey who are seventh, eight and ninth. Max Carnage led the SHL the previous season, the Tampa Bay center with 129 points and 62 goals, which would put him in first in both categories this year, with room to spare. the final spot will go to Gnabe Dabson, who was 14th in points, but he makes the team due to his playoff performance and chemistry with Tony Soprano. For the lines themselves, I would have Tony in between Antoine and Gnabe, and Max centering Jiggle and Trevor.

6.  I could take the easy road and go for the northern conference, with the two best teams in the league, finding a starting lineup would be simple. But the south is loaded, with the best line in the league, Maine linemates May O'Nayse, Doug Weight, and Valtteri Pulkkinen who are second, third, and fourth in points, combining for an absurd 330. Valtteri led in goals, and Doug led in assists. So with the forwards done, now we need some defenders who will balance out this offense heavy line.

And who better but another Timber, Boofa Benson, who led the league with nearly 300 blocks. I struggled to find a pair that would measure up to these high standards(And someone who wasn't on Maine because five is going too far). In the end I settled for Peter of the Quebec Citadelles, the second of the two defensemen who were averaging a point per game, (The other one was on Maine so he got an instant NO).

With that out of the way, all I needed was a goalie to finish this incredible (yet rather dubious defensively) line. I went for Katharina Rosenthal of the Newfoundland Berserkers. They led in GAA with 3.02, and was sixth in SV%, which was good enough for me.

4. Which of the goalies you would have starting for each team?

Let's start with the east where we have an interesting combo of old veteran and young starter who hasn't reached his peak yet. Rebecca Montagne, the older of the two, has recently moved from the west to the east and is now playing for Buffalo. Montagne has a lot of experience compared to Denebor Milasch who has "only" played three seasons in the SHL so far. The fun part is that TPE-wise they're both very close, just under 1200 so you can't base a decision simply on that. To be honest either one of them could start, but since Montagne probably doesn't have that many more all-star games ahead of her, I would give her the starting job. Milasch is still so young and on a good team, there will be other chances in the future.
Going the to west we have Justin Time and Greg B (sorry, but I'm not going to even try with that name). Time is also relatively old already and in regression while Greg is still quite good. Here the decision is somewhat easier, especially since we see a gap between their TPE as well. Both are veterans, yet Greg would be my pick for the starter.

Four out of top 5 teams in the league were from teams in the West but East took all spots from 6 to 11. This is also pretty clear when you look at selection of players that made the All-star game, West being more focused on those few teams on top while East has more balanced approach with 5 teams sending two or more players. Which of the teams you expect to win the game and why?

It's impossible to say since players get mixed with others that - in many cases - they haven't played with before and we all know how much FHM values things like chemistry. Just because the west had stronger teams during the regular season it doesn't mean that the east has weaker players. Last season the west probably had more weaker or rebuilding teams and that's how you ended up with the standings. I honestly couldn't say that either one - west or east - is better and both all-star teams have equal chances. FHM will make the decision in the end and anything can happen there.

3. On West you could build D pairs out of teammates or rivals as
both Los Angels and San Fransisco sends 2 defencemen. Which one you’d
choose and for why?
I would make the defense pairs be built from teammates. They already have the chemistry, and you'd be crazy to put two rivals with each other. I recognize D respects D, but the entire basis of this question is kind of crazy. The All Star Game is THE MOST IMPORTANT hockey game in the entire world, and the coaches should be doing everything they can to have the players play optimally. If two D partners are more focused on being rivals, it would just lead to a painful outcome. With that said, these players are all pros, so they would probably be able to play fine regardless of which combination of lines they're placed on.

6. Your player starts practicing a skill that has nothing to do with hockey, what do they do and how it goes?
The word on the street is that Shadow Fenix has picked up playing competitive Starcraft 2. It wasn't shocking that he would eventually start playing the greatest RTS game to ever be made after Starcraft 1, but it is shocking that he decided to main Zerg. After what the Zerg did to Aiur, it really felt like he wouldn't want anything to do with them. When asked about this, he's said that it's a good change of pace from hockey, and it is giving him a good perspective on the Zerg way to handle things. He's also said that he placed into Gold 3, which is pretty mid when it comes to MMR, but he's learning how to transition his game both on and off the ice. Of course, while on the ice, he doesn't have any good source of power because he's on the ice, and a giant cord going to a computer would be a big tripping hazard. So we can only assume that this statement he gave means something different from what was explicitly said.

5.
Luca spent a majority of his formative seasons in Minnesota while playing for the Monarchs. So you can say, he knows a thing or two about the area and where all the hot spots are. As this is Pane’s first All Star appearance, he will be taking it upon himself to walk around the city once more and bring some other All Stars along. Besides walking around the St. Paul meeting fans and see historic spots, Luca would take his fellow All Stars to all the best local eateries and all the late night bars. Of course after the games, Luca might hang back am extra day or two to catch up with friends in the area. [117 +2]

6.
Luca has been trying to find a way to get even better at hockey and now that he is the veteran on the team, he decided to look outside the scope of hockey. He tried a few different sports like basketball, soccer, and tennis but none of them really helped the way he wanted. It was one evening while he was cooking that he decided to try something a bit unconventional. He already has all the physical training he will ever need, but his mind needs to stay sharp. How does one keep their mind sharp? Well there are a few proven things that help with that. Luca begin reading more books and looking at his phone less. He would also pick up a trumpet to learn how to play as he reads that learning music can help keep his mind sharp. The results have been noticeable since the start. Not only does his thoughts sound smarter, his vocabulary improved and his english became clearer. [165 +3]
