Well, Nike does come from an organization of suck.
Bottas is just joking around, obv. This was hilarious.
And Grimm, to answer your question. It's not exactly the bank they look for in a recreate, it's a proven track record of being around. You kind of know what you're getting with Nike, some others might be a guess or a chance. Sometimes risks pan out, and sometimes they don't. We have plenty of lottery pick first gens that were superstars, but we also have a bunch that became busts.

IMO what gives Goody the edge is that he is a recreate. From past experiences here, if 2 players are just about identical and one is a new member while the other was a recreate, the returning player tends to be valued higher.
Pretty much this. Reid and Bojo will be great and it all depends on the GM, but most would opt for the recreate over a new member.

Those guys are just as active if not more. They have the same TPE or more. The only thing I can think he might be beating them in his bank but that's it. I hate the mentality this league has towards recreates. I guess I can understand that he is a safer choice but I don't think Goody deserves 1st. A guy like Bojo deserves it more IMHO and would appreciate it more.
I've earned a top pick through tenure, hard work in media, work on my player, consistent activity and work in management positions a number of times.
Look, I get that all you rookies dislike this whole recreate over newbie thing, but it's just a matter of GMs being able to whole heartedly trust that we are WAY less likely to walk away from the site.

I don't dislike it at all, it makes perfect and complete sense. Rookies are more of a risk compared to send-downs. I think some rookies don't like it because they feel they can't do anything about it, and that is annoying sometimes. But hey if you get passed over by a recreate, prove the team who skipped you wrong, that's what i say.

It's not like Nike has been consistently active through his entire career. Pretty sure before he recreated there were longish periods of inactivity on his old player (Nike Kiickz).
If i was GM i would pick Recreate over Nike for sure..
His player in Wolfpack was plug and this ssn in Rage too , so that just proves that he cant build good player (Like Bottas or other rookies).
He also had inactivty periods in Kickz career , so u really cant trust Nike.
And i just dont know why are u saying that GMs always picks recreates infront Rookies.. Maybe on other recreates like JNH , MAC and others , but not for Kickz for sure.
