Term is a little long, for a player who may not score the same next season, but he'll be on the PP with Edler, letting us push the offense a bit more, and let Edler take more risks (considering Garrison is pretty sound defensively).
If GM's are only taking that one season of scoring (and only the scoring) into account, they aren't doing their jobs.

Dont be a bandwagoner like the Sharks and Kings fans who werent there until their teams got good.
Ducks are still alright. The Souray contract was bad, but Allen was a great pickup. Our defense is nasty tough now, havent had that since 07.
