I realize everyone wants to fling shit back and forth rather than talk calmly on this thread, but I don't think TDMJ's original suggestion of requiring the PT cap only when your PT cap changes is unreasonable. Forcing it as a requirement on all posts including those that only include uncapped TPE, or regression posts with no TPE being added is just complicating updating further than it already is. Yes I realize it's not much to add, but the more we add "little things" that complicate updates the more people we lose because they get sick of having to remember all this stuff.
