I don't know if it is or not there was one draft where only two or three teams had picks in the first round though lol. I think it was season 3 or 4. Hamilton had a ton in the first two rounds one year.

When I was Co-GM with you We drafted Stud, Martucci and Secord all in the first round if I remember correctly
