It’s been over 10 seasons since the historic Season 36 Reddit Draft Class were drafted to their respective SHL teams since then and a lot has changed. Throughout this period of time, these players have progressed through their careers. While this draft class may be seen as a disappointment as many of the high end players at draft time did not pan out, the players that did stick around made a huge impact on the league. Lots of people have been lost to inactivity and retirement, but we still have a solid group sticking around.
This isn’t going to have the depth and detail as @Rabidsponge21 ‘s S31 articles as there are still a lot of people left and I don’t have the time to go through awards and all star nominations right now, but once our numbers thin out these will get more detailed. Who has scored the most goals? Name Goals Cody/Oisin Fletcher 175 Tigole Bitties 172 Joseph Lombardi 143 Colton Hagan 138 Teddy Cuddles 137 Yuri Boyka Jr. 129 Oliver Konig 126 Roman Augustus 123 Alexander Zajac 117 Vijanupatan Singh 99 Dionýz Vyskoč 98 Inari Twain 88 Nour Harrak 85 Sami Owens 84 Isak Ødegård 69 Chippy Chiclets 67 Eric Pelletier 65 Dakota Reid 64 Mercer Church 63 Casey Creller 56 Karl Hefeweizen 39 Clint Eastwood 36 Dwayne Wyder 24 Kevin Marks 15 Luisa Koller 12 Ben Turksa 11 Finn Jakobsen 10 Seth Paige 4 Gilfred Alfredsson 2 Chase Byron 1 Lukas Muller 1 Oisin Fletcher is leading the charge with 175 goals but Tigole Bitties isn’t far behind with 172. These two will be battling for the top spot for a while but I see Bitties overtaking Fletcher in the end. Quite interestingly, Hagan in 4th in goals, he was a pretty underrated player. Unfortunately, he retired so he will soon be passed up by guys like Cuddles, Boyka Jr., Konig, and Augustus. Lombardi is not too far ahead of Cuddles so the race for third will be interesting to see. Who has the most assists? Name Assists Tigole Bitties 240 Roman Augustus 230 Clint Eastwood 229 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 210 Teddy Cuddles 202 Oliver Konig 200 Sami Owens 196 Isak Ødegård 193 Karl Hefeweizen 192 Alexander Zajac 190 Yuri Boyka Jr. 184 Vijanupatan Singh 175 Eric Pelletier 168 Colton Hagan 156 Nour Harrak 156 Chippy Chiclets 154 Casey Creller 152 Joseph Lombardi 144 Dionýz Vyskoč 136 Inari Twain 92 Dakota Reid 91 Mercer Church 74 Luisa Koller 62 Ben Turksa 60 Dwayne Wyder 56 Seth Paige 36 Kevin Marks 23 Finn Jakobsen 20 Gilfred Alfredsson 10 Chase Byron 7 Lukas Muller 6 Ted Glass 1 Chuck Bernstein 1 Unsurprisingly, we see names like Tigole Bitties and Roman Augustus at the top, with Bitties leading the charge. However, we see a dark horse here, Clint Eastwood. Eastwood is known as a shut down defenseman but he is only 1 assist behind Augustus. Fletcher, Cuddles, and Konig are the others that have surpassed 200 so far with Owens, Odegard, Hefeweizen, and Zajac are all very close. Who scored the most points? Name Points Tigole Bitties 412 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 385 Roman Augustus 353 Teddy Cuddles 339 Oliver Konig 326 Yuri Boyka Jr. 313 Alexander Zajac 307 Colton Hagan 294 Joseph Lombardi 287 Sami Owens 280 Vijanupatan Singh 274 Clint Eastwood 265 Isak Ødegård 262 Nour Harrak 241 Dionýz Vyskoč 234 Eric Pelletier 233 Karl Hefeweizen 231 Chippy Chiclets 221 Casey Creller 208 Inari Twain 180 Dakota Reid 155 Mercer Church 137 Dwayne Wyder 80 Luisa Koller 74 Ben Turksa 71 Seth Paige 40 Kevin Marks 38 Finn Jakobsen 30 Gilfred Alfredsson 12 Chase Byron 8 Lukas Muller 7 Ted Glass 1 Chuck Bernstein 1 Tigole Bitties is the first and only S36 player to hit 400 points so far, but it looks like Fletcher will easily hit 400 this season. Augustus is also on the verge of getting there and with a good season he can hit 400 as well. Cuddles, Konig, Boyka, and Zajac are about 2 seasons away from reaching the milestone. Who has the most hits? Name Hits Teddy Cuddles 1324 Dakota Reid 1217 Clint Eastwood 1214 Colton Hagan 1154 Casey Creller 1136 Dwayne Wyder 811 Tigole Bitties 714 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 606 Roman Augustus 564 Isak Ødegård 527 Yuri Boyka Jr. 429 Eric Pelletier 405 Sami Owens 403 Alexander Zajac 375 Chippy Chiclets 362 Seth Paige 348 Ben Turksa 317 Vijanupatan Singh 315 Luisa Koller 292 Karl Hefeweizen 291 Oliver Konig 285 Mercer Church 262 Nour Harrak 240 Gilfred Alfredsson 215 Inari Twain 212 Joseph Lombardi 184 Finn Jakobsen 172 Dionýz Vyskoč 137 Lukas Muller 81 Chase Byron 61 Kevin Marks 30 Cloud McCarthy 26 Ted Glass 2 Chuck Bernstein 2 Tabarnak FDLLP 2 We finally see some new faces at the top here. Cuddles has been a hitting machine but Dakota Reid is not far behind and has had an underrated career in San Francisco. Eastwood unsurprisingly is up there as long as Hagan and Creller. Nobody else is very close to hitting 1k, with the declining Wyder being the closest, but it is unlikely he gets there. Who blocked the most shots? Name Shots Blocked Clint Eastwood 731 Sami Owens 680 Isak Ødegård 611 Casey Creller 571 Karl Hefeweizen 568 Chippy Chiclets 503 Roman Augustus 434 Luisa Koller 341 Ben Turksa 333 Oliver Konig 227 Tigole Bitties 202 Dwayne Wyder 199 Nour Harrak 195 Seth Paige 181 Gilfred Alfredsson 152 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 128 Alexander Zajac 95 Inari Twain 92 Eric Pelletier 91 Colton Hagan 83 Joseph Lombardi 77 Teddy Cuddles 76 Vijanupatan Singh 76 Lukas Muller 74 Dakota Reid 71 Chase Byron 59 Yuri Boyka Jr. 49 Dionýz Vyskoč 47 Mercer Church 27 Kevin Marks 24 Finn Jakobsen 23 Cloud McCarthy 14 Ted Glass 5 Chuck Bernstein 1 The Season 36 Class has had a large amount of position changes, so this stat is a little funky. Guys who have been a defenseman their whole career are obvious front runners here. Defensive stalwart Eastwood leads the charge. Odegard, Creller, Hefeweizen, and Chiclets have all been defensemen for their whole career so they have a leg up here. It seems unlikely that Eastwood will hit 1k shot blocks since he is no longer progressing, but maybe Odegard can hit it. Who’s scored the most goals in the playoffs? Name Playoff Goals Dionýz Vyskoč 39 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 34 Yuri Boyka Jr. 31 Roman Augustus 30 Oliver Konig 23 Teddy Cuddles 22 Nour Harrak 19 Sami Owens 16 Vijanupatan Singh 14 Karl Hefeweizen 13 Isak Ødegård 10 Tigole Bitties 10 Casey Creller 9 Eric Pelletier 9 Alexander Zajac 7 Mercer Church 7 Joseph Lombardi 6 Clint Eastwood 5 Colton Hagan 5 Chippy Chiclets 4 Dwayne Wyder 4 Inari Twain 3 Ben Turksa 1 Obviously, not all players from the draft class have not been fortunate enough to get a ton of time in the playoffs, so this stat can be a little funky. Being a part of a few cup runs with the Platoon, Dionýz Vyskoč has been able to light the lamp often in the playoffs, leading the category. Fletcher, Boyka, and Augustus have also surpassed the 30 playoff goal mark. Who has the most playoff points? Name Playoff Points Roman Augustus 85 Cody/Oisin Fletcher 67 Oliver Konig 63 Teddy Cuddles 60 Dionýz Vyskoč 59 Yuri Boyka Jr. 59 Karl Hefeweizen 55 Eric Pelletier 44 Nour Harrak 43 Vijanupatan Singh 40 Sami Owens 39 Casey Creller 32 Joseph Lombardi 24 Clint Eastwood 24 Tigole Bitties 21 Alexander Zajac 21 Isak Ødegård 19 Chippy Chiclets 18 Ben Turksa 15 Mercer Church 11 Colton Hagan 10 Dwayne Wyder 7 Inari Twain 5 Luisa Koller 1 This stat is a blowout for Augustus, who made many deep runs with the Calgary Dragons, West Kendall Platoon, and now the New Orleans Specters. Closing in on 100 playoff points is very impressive, but Augustus has definitely had his fair share of series givving him a bit of an advantage.Fletcher, Konig, and Cuddles have passed 60 career playoff points and Vyksoc, Konig, and Hefeweizen are very close. Who’s scored the most game winners in the playoffs? Name Playoff GWG Cody/Oisin Fletcher 7 Yuri Boyka Jr. 6 Vijanupatan Singh 6 Roman Augustus 5 Teddy Cuddles 5 Casey Creller 5 Oliver Konig 4 Dionýz Vyskoč 3 Nour Harrak 3 Sami Owens 3 Tigole Bitties 3 Eric Pelletier 2 Alexander Zajac 2 Karl Hefeweizen 1 Joseph Lombardi 1 Clint Eastwood 1 Isak Ødegård 1 Chippy Chiclets 1 Mercer Church 1 Dwayne Wyder 1 Some players have that clutch factor, and some don’t. Here we see that Fletcher has won the most games for his team with a clutch goal to put them over the edge. 7 game winners is enough to win a whole series, which is very impressive. Boyka, Singh, Augustus, Cuddles, and Creller are no slouches either with 5+ each. This draft class may not have been everything it was hyped up to be in the end, but it still has produced some fantastic players that have put in a lot of work and have had great careers so far. Will we see any hall of fame players from this class? We will have to wait and see. Guys like Bitties and Fletcher definitely have a shot while Cuddles, Augustus and Konig have an outside shot if they finish off their careers strong. To me, it will always be #season36bestclass @prettyburn @nour @Evok @Ace @Sleepy @gfridge @Tylar @thedangazone @soulja @Clint Eastwood @Mook @Whikadoodle @artermis @CampinKiller @Shmurph @Jiggly_333 @bluesfan55 @Vikian @Waters @StaticShocked ![]() SHL GM Chief Chicken Officer
Nice effort on this Trella. Bitties is a LOSER in the postseason.
