I just gotta say these are two awesome series based on rivalry and geography.
Out east I gotta go with Buffalo, I think they just kind of coasted through the regular season but are gonna be too much for Toronto to handle.
In the west I'm going to go with Edmonton, they've come into the playoffs super hot and I think they will continue that.

Obviously yes. Michael McFadden has been at the very least a horrible playoff goaltender in his career. While he has longevity in the regular season, he has barely managed to win any playoff series in his career. Meanwhile, Robinson has won the Cup and been a high impact player in his career. The age difference is negated by the difference of experience with winning between the two.
An old man's dream ended. A young man's vision of the future opened wide. Young men have visions, old men have dreams. But the place for old men to dream is beside the fire.

It's the Buffalo Stampede who match up well against Tampa Bay because of the enormous depth the Stampede posses. They had a slow start to the season and missed leading their division by 1 point. If you look at it through the TPE lense the stampedes 3rd liners: Selich would be the 3rd highest TPE forward. Bayley would be #2 and SHarp would be #5.

How do you see either series playing out?
I see the Buffalo Stampede absolutely destroying Toronto. This is a completely unfair match up because Buffalo has everything on Toronto. I do not see Toronto coming out on top but Miracles do happen.

I love what JSS has done for Tampa since taking over but I don't think his team is ready yet to beat a team like Buffalo even though they finished in first in the East. Buffalo since acquiring Garrett and Tanner has been dominant and on paper has a better offense and defense than the Cudas.

How do you see either series playing out?
When it comes to Buffalo and Toronto, I see this series going pretty convincingly to Buffalo. Buffalo just squeezed into the playoffs, but they are a much stronger team on paper and this could be a veteran team just waiting to turn it on in the playoffs.

I would go see a Calgary game. It's great timing with the Stampede going on as well. Of course I would grab a Mike Izzy jersey because I love the tough two way play he brings to the game.

Who needs to step up for there team to win?
I believe in the Buffalo Toronto series one guy that really needs to step up is Viktor Marius. Who I believe is a big part of Buffalo's team and their game on the physical side, but having Marius step up even more in the offensive side will really help carry the Stampede.

Think it is pretty easy to see that Buffalo is a better team than Tampa Bay and in my opinion should not face too much trouble advancing past the top seed. TBB relied on Blue all season to get the job done and I don't see it flying in the playoffs.
