I'm going to try to be level headed with you, but I doubt it will work. But lets try anyway.

You have to remember that this is a game, and people will do whatever it takes to win. Some will try to cheat, some will try to push the limits as far as possible within the rules.
Some GM's/Players limits are closer to the borders of the rules then others, but everyone tries their best to increase their chance of success, this is true for both SMJHL and SHL.
Some users will say that the J's should be more about creating a good user experience for new players, we all know that winning is the best experience a GM can provide for their users and them self so this holds true just as much here as anywhere else. Low passing, high scoring is a grey zone just as much as playing inactive's over actives in juniors. Only difference is that the latter give a much smaller edge to actually win shit then the former. Users are just as outspoken about playing inactive's over actives in juniors as they are about this issue.

There's no conspiracy to this whole shit show. Team found a edge that was in the rule book, executed their strategy and is reaping their rewards. Is it fun? Nope. Does it feel like you are being tricked out of your "best years"? Absolutely.

I don't blame Hamilton for trying their best to win, I don't think anyone saw the potential impact the strategy would have on the league.

Still doesn't change the fact that a lot of users feels like they wasted their time on their players since they are now known to be flawed.

I appriciate the effort and I can accept the fact that some are just so wired on wanting to win that they do whatever it takes. To me this whole thing is how you sometimes hear how some athletes were using performance-enhancing drugs to get that edge over others. Some want to keep it fair and ban anything that goes against fair competition, but there is also a large group that says that doping is everywhere - let everybody use it.

In my opinion it´s the leagues job to keep the competition fair, not saying it would have been some little step back in November - would have been pretty league changing project to start punishing those individuals, but when you compare it to finding/testing new sim engine and then moving everything there, feels like the right move to come down hard first and buy yourself more time to test everything that way.

Big part of that is the Hamilton influence in the HO, either directly trying to down play it and/or risk of for example annoying DrunkenTeddy who has done a lot for the site was too much, so they give little slaps on the wrists instead of responding with similar fire when for example someone uses certain words in the forum.

What Hamilton influence in HO? They reverted our regression last offseason and they’ll probably change the rules further this coming offseason to combat all of this stuff. They obviously weren’t going to introduce a rule change in the middle of the playoffs.

I've made a point to not take any @jRuutu posts seriously for about a year now, but it's worth noting that I hate Hamilton a lot and even MY PA-SC gap is 14 right now because I put zero effort into my last update thinking we'd be on FHM for next season so why should I actually try on something I'm just going to have to re-do?  Oops.

I'll add some passing next time, don't worry kiddos.

How convenient

It's not bannable. Is it bush league? Absolutely! No one is going to forget this one and likely the majority of the playerbase (not on Hamilton) will consider it tainted, but the fact is they won bending (not breaking) the rules. The league will adjust for what is likely the last season of STHS and work towards a workable, and hopefully un-exploitable, FHM6 transition soon.

As for HO being a part of a conspiracy, that's laughable at best sorry. I think I've been pretty vocal personally about my distaste for this season and what Hamilton did, hence being adjusted for next season.

Time to move on and look towards the draft, the offseason, and hopefully a more "normal" season S52.

If that is not bannable or at very least worth solid suspension - I don´t know what is.  What happened to fair competition? Do we have to write absolutely everything into the rules, every single option on how you can bend the rules has to be written down first or it´s not worth any kind of suspension/ban?

And HO has pretty big stake on this all, as far as I´m considered they are making very little effort on anything else than throwing these seasons away, they dont want to punish some close friends = lets get to new sim engine quickly.

If the absolute top level members look pretty inactive, I´m seeing former co-commissioner with Hamilton connections pretty high in the list on making decisions. Not interesting or worrying at all to you?

Seeing as he literally hasn't updated in two months, the only worrying part is that he's still listed somewhere as co-commissioner and you're hung up on it.  He doesn't even have enough TPE to break the sim.

But around November he was still active, maybe? Or was both Eggy and Co-Commissioner with 3/4 owners busy/almost inactive when this kind of storm was going on?
