S54 PT #4 - Cooking Show

Henrik Lekberg Osterman has always loved cooking. He grew up in a rural area of Sweden, on a small farm. They had poultry, sheep and a couple of cows. They also grew a lot of their own veggies as well as did some fishing and foraging. This is still something that he very much enjoys doing today so I imagine that if he was to do a cooking show it would be something very rustic and DIY orientated. Maybe a short series of 4 or 5 hour long episodes, going through each of the major areas of food, production and preparation that he loves. One about being out in the woods and foraging. Understand what plants and mushrooms are edible and how to harvest/prepare them. One about owning and caring for livestock, using products such as milk and eggs as well as butchering. One about growing your own vegetables and herbs. How to keep a healthy garden and understanding how to garden efficiently. One about yeast, bread baking and beer making. And finally one last episode combining all of the ingredients and knowledge that has been presented in the previous episodes into one big finale where some hockey buddies come over and we have a grand old feast.

The recipe shit is the worst thing on this site other than the Steelhawks and the Stampede. But apparently I have to write about it now thanks to hotdog. Fuck you hotdog.

Cain's diet consists mostly of fast food and pizza, it's how he keeps his incredible form and nimble play style. He has no cooking ability so he would start the first episode by laying out a store bought pizza crust, sprinkling some cheese on it, putting the sauce over the cheese for some reason, putting more cheese on top of that, putting potato chips on that, and pouring root beer on it. Yum. He puts it in the microwave for 40 seconds and when he opens it up- holy shit. A large stuffed crust cheese pizza from pizza hut! How did that... what? Cain is some kind of food sorcerer, join us next week when he shows us how to make Wendy's baconator fries

my cooking show would be called whats kraken with adam F. basically it'd be me learning how to cook seafood dishes exclusively. I'd have special guests from other teams on the show, but only players from teams that are much lower than us in the standings. Im super lazy so i'd make them do all the work whilst insulting their team, their families and their selves. I'd likely pretend to not be able to follow the simplest of directions, thus causing the guest to persistently react. to be honest, this sounds like the cooking variant of the eric andre show. I'm sure that at the end, when the food is cooked adn ready to be eaten, I'd throw it directly into the trash and do a lil dance.. maybe the krazy foot shuffle. anyways, yeah this cooking show is gonna be a parody and layered in plenty of irony. the big challenge is getting guests after the first few episodes. i may need to mix a sincere episode with a joke episode.

Most definitely will be named Yummy Junk. From the name its pretty obvious that its not really a healthy diet friendly show, but athletes need those calories, and finding new stuff to eat to keep it fresh and colourful is the main idea explored in the show. Travelling in the offseason to find sweet, fried, doughy, salty, savoury, simply any unhealthy food from other countries, and during the season because obviously you are more stuck to North America, cooking and exploring some of the local unhealthy cuisine and getting creative with the ways to cram that sweet, sweet energy down our throats. To be fair the sales pitch sounds like something children would really like and I am not surprised, but lets be real here, most guys out there do enjoy letting their inner child out and digesting the most unhealthy thing in the close proximity of you is a pretty decent way how to let some of that responsibility loose.

I think if Ronlain were to have a cooking show, it would be something very similar to how Adam Ragusea runs his YouTube channel. No super high production quality or specialized fancy recipes. Mostly I think it would be just showing off recipes that I enjoy making for myself and other people, and showing off how to make them with just whatever you have in your kitchen or what may be locally available to you. I don't think cooking should have to be some divine ritual where every ingredient must be carefully measured out and put into the meal in a precise way. Just do what's easy and convenient for you, and most of all just make what you like. I think one of my first episodes would be on how to make your very own homemade baked macaroni and cheese. Mac and cheese is a dish that's near and dear to my heart, and it would be great to be able to show a bunch of people how to reproduce a dish I love.

The name of Daniel Smebs cooking show of course will be cooking with the Smeb's, as a result all the other featured guests and members of the shows will be all the fellow Smeb brothers, although really everyone is there just to watch Daniel. The show will involve the Smeb's going through a variety of cooking challenges competing against each other or in teams sometimes to then be judged and scored by some judges. Just like everything else Daniel always beats his fellow brothers, not because he's good at cooking but because he always teams up with Steve-Craig Smeb the only Smeb that's not terrible at cooking. The one dish Daniel can make however and is amazing is his Flan's but he can't just be making Flan's every round so he'll stick to being carried by Steve-Craig Smeb each round until the eventual finals where he pulls out the Flan dish to knock out Steve-Craig and win it all.

Erben Kasius' cooking show would revolve entirely around different ways to make traditional Dutch foods. It would be called The Dutch Oven, which is a really great piece of cookware if you can afford one. For example, in the Netherlands, pancakes are apparently a dinner food that are made stuffed with various fillings. You could do an entire season just on different kinds of pancakes. Who wouldn't watch a show where the host and guests just make and then eat pancakes? Probably me, there's not really much of interest going on there. They're just pancakes after all. Honestly the best cooking shows are the ones where people travel to different areas and talk to local chefs or people with an understanding of the history of food in that region, and then cook some of those dishes. Ugly Delicious on Netflix is probably my all-time favorite cooking show. So I'd probably try to emulate that. I also really like the Chef show with Jon Favreau and Roy Choi. Maybe I'd try to mash the two together for my own show. I don't know.

"Hey everybody welcome to Grillin' with Goku, your favorite show about getting the ol barbecue fired up for some fantastic favorites! Like and subscribe my channel! Today we are going to be showing you the best way to do salmon on the grill! Let's start with filleting these bad boys, use the proper knife for the proper job, kids! Debone that sucker just like ... that, there we go! Look at this beautiful pink flesh, now the last thing w ewant to do is overcook this, don't get me wrong we aren't making sushi we don't want it raw, but salmon to a nice medium, still just a little red in the middle, boy that's they key! Ok now we are gonna place this filet on a square of aluminum foil, but what we are gonna add in is some fresh dill, lay ot on there ya go, plus some slice sof lemon, I like to make lemon wheels and layer them on like so, cover the whole thing, now add a healthy bit of butter, ya maybe a little more, ok now let's wrap that up nice and tight. OK now we throw our salmon package on the grill, medium heta is nest, close the lid, now we wait about 8 to 10 minutes, when we check this out after time passes, yo yo mmm smell that dill and lemon, crack that fish open yeah boy that's what we are talking about! Look at that beauitful pink color, mm, nothing like real butter. Now pop that in a pita, or eat it with some rice! All good my friends! We shall see you next video where we do some greek-style lamb chops on the grill, you will see that they are not ba-a-a-a-ad!"

Sasha Dangelchek comes from a long history of cooking. As we all know, Czechia has a deep culinary history. Dangelchek's cooking show is known as "Cookia in Czechia with Dangelchekia."

This cooking show will be devoted mostly to the cooking of prepared food from various local grocery stores and bodegas. Frozen foods are a true staple of the Eastern European culinary experience. Sasha really knows how preheat an oven and put something on a baking sheet. He makes a mean dinosaur chicken nugget.

As for special guests, Sasha has only had the one before he decided against trying it again. Dangelchek had @Zomp on, his teammate from New England. Zomp was going to show how to make Black Cherry White Claw-infused Mac and Cheese. The show entirely consisted of Zomp trying to boil water to make the pasta. Needless to say, he didn't succeed. So Dangelchek and Zomp sat around and got drunk on White Claws. It was fun, but the ratings for the episode were terrible.

This is a convenient thing for Gunnar to be asked to participate in, because he has actually been doing a lot of cooking lately, and has put a lot of focus into baking as well. His show is going to be called "Not That Swedish Chef, the Other One" and on the show, he is going to be cooking a wide variety of things. There will, of course, be classics like Swedish meatballs and cinnamon buns (he actually finishes every single episode with a cinnamon bun, which has been waiting off screen for him to devour it once he's done cooking whatever he's cooking), but the show will primarily focus on making cooking easy and accessible to young athletes who may have never had to cook for themselves before they left home. He will try to do this in a kind way, not a condescending way, because when you've spent your whole life trying to get good enough at hockey to play it professionally, you might not have had time to learn how to put hotdogs in macaroni and that sort of thing.

Ambacas Cuddles’ cooking show will be called the aptly named “Ambachef” as a play on his notorious first name. On his show, Ambacas will be showing the world the delicious cuisine that his homeland, the fabled Land of Gumba has to offer. One dish that has become especially famous to the public is the great “Bowl de pinto bneas” made famous by @Pingy Pingu (come back please, we miss you). The pinto bean is the main ingredient in most recipes that were created in the Land of Gumba and is seen as a delicacy by the Gumban people. The only time that is acceptable to waste a single pinto bean is if there is a shark. If there is a shark, you must run and forget the pinto beans as it is the only way to ensure your safety. If you do not drop the pinto beans, the shark will get you and it will be all over for you.
