For ML and Luke: What has been your big brain moment as a GM where you did something you were really proud of? If you had to give tips to people that want to GM in the future what would they be?

For Rich: What's your favorite moment as a North Star or even the SHL in general? What are your thoughts on ML as a GM and where would he rank among GMs you've played for in the past?
