C - Ryan Shepard @Naosu

Starting with Ryan Shepard at center. Shepard is getting a good share of ice time on one of the better teams in the league. He's also averaging the most minutes on the PK of any of Chicago's forwards. I like his two-way build, and would be more than happy with him centering this line.

Phineas Gold is having a great season, so far. He is second in points on a team with players like Ola Wagstrom and Luke Thomason. He was also one of my Montreal/Carolina teammates, so I jumped at the chance to put him on my team.

Aron Hernadivic is shooting the puck really well this season. Good volume and finding the back of the net 17% of the time. He's currently tied for 2nd most goals in the league with 27. Not only that, but he's doing it without getting a ton of time on the powerplay.

Augustus Wang was an easy choice. Currently leading all defensemen in points. Putting up the 6th most shots on goal of any d-man. I don't really care how well he plays in his own end with those kinds of numbers, so I didn't even bother looking.

I was really hoping I could justify Björn for the 2nd D spot. Fortunately, he made it easy. I really like his build, and really wanted a more defensive D-man on the team. His advanced stats are excellent on a very good team. His scoring is very solid too, which is just a bonus.

Tegernako might not be having the best season, but we all know that is more a function of FHM and not truly reflective of Markus' talent level. The reality is any team would be thrilled to have a goalie like him on their team, and I am no different. Very glad to make him the goalie on my All-Star team.

All-Star Team of S57 SHL in my opinion - first line plus goalie. Goal

LW - Monkey D. Luffy -

Monkey D. Luffy is a Stampede player, so it isn't shocking that I put him in this team. Got to admit he is doing well this season and he deserves this spot. He played 45 games - got 27 goals and 25 assits. Incredible player.

C - Michael Scarn -

Our biggest enemy, but will not lie - doing incredible job for Steelhawks this season. It will not be easy to stop them. Scarn got 30 goals and 40 assists in just 44 games. Can he hit 80 points mark? He's looking dangerous!

RW - Julio Tokolosh -

Tokolosh is doing majority of Blizzard's work. He has been good this season and right now - he is second best player points wise this season in SHL. 44 games, 26 goals, 35 assists - 61 points. Incredible!

D - Augustus Wang -

Augustus Wang is another player from Stampede and he is the best defender this season in SHL points wise. He is 25th if we count all players and 1st if only defenders. In 45 games he scored 11 goals and recorded 35 assits - total of 46 points. Averaging more than a point per game and doing well.

D - Aumy Jr. -

Egoistic, but I will tell you why I put my own player here. First of all - cause I don't know a lot of players and this list is maded just based on statistics. Second of all, my player in his rookie season in SHL did well. Played 45 games this far - 7 goals, 14 assists and 21 points in total. Plus/minus is possitive: +1. Only 8 penalty minutes and 63 hits right now. Close to hit 1000 TPE mark aswell. Plus, he is playing for Stampede which one of the most stacked teams in the league... and he is still getting points. Egoistic and maybe a bit interesting choice, right?

G - Elizabeth Doyle -

Yeah, this is pretty much a Stampede roster with few upgrades, haha. But Doyle is doing great - let's be honest. She played 33 games this far - 24 wins, 9 losses (2 of them in overtime). Save percentage - 93,2%. 4 shutouts and only 2.04 goal allowed average per game. Doing sick!

My all-star team isn't your traditional type of all-stars, this line up has the unluckiest players in the league. I found players with the worst shooting percentage in the league, who have a minimum of 100 shots. These players are trying their best to get pucks in the net, but luck has not been on their side the season:

Skao has recorded 101 shots and has 4 goals - 3.96%

RW - Ryuuji Minamino syndicate

With 7 goals on the season, Ryuuji has taken 109 shots get them - 6.42%

LW - Nicholas Williams Specters

Williams, in his last season, has shot 141 times, scoring 7 goals - 4.96%
LD - Samueal Michaud Steelhawks

Michaud has fired 137 shots on net, only 2 have crossed the line - 1.46 %

RD - Eric Vanderberg Blizzard

With 114 shots on net, Vanderberg has scored 3 times - 2.63%
