Having to eat a fellow SHL player would be an emergency situation indeed. However in this situation the goal would have to be to eat as few people as possible and also eat as little per possible per person to survive the encounter. For that reason, Bigga Foryu would be the first person eaten. As a sumo wrestler before becoming an SMJHL goalie, he would have plenty of eating, even if much of it would be fat. He would also be one of the players who would need the most food to survive. He’s also retiring at the end of the season so wouldn’t be a loss in the SHL community but Uber might be a bit annoyed for his recreate.

If real life versions of all 18 SHL team logos were entered into a fight, which would come out victorious and why? Which would be the first eliminated?
The real life SHL teams logos can be split into 2 distinct groups. The first group are things that are not really capable of fighting. This group includes the Aurora, the Argonauts, and the North Stars. While the Argonauts may be a controversial selection here due to it being conceivable that the actual Argonauts may be on board that ship, but if going purely by logo it is just a ship and therefore not capable of fighting the other logos. After that we get into group 2 and start getting into the real meat of the fights. Early exits would come from the Monarchs and the Barracuda. While the Monarchs may have access to an army if they had to fight all these animals and other people I find it very unlikely that they would last long. The Barracuda are out early due to the addition of 2 different birds of prey that would just pluck them from the water bringing their fight to an end. After those 2 exit it becomes an all out brawl from what is left. If the assumption is made that both the Renegades and the Syndicate have access to guns then they are likely to make it through most of the minor animal fights. So that would then eliminate the Platoon, the Stampede, the Steelhawks, the Rage, the Wolfpack, the Blizzard, the Panthers, and the Pride. I'm not sure which group lasts the longest or the order that they go out, but all the minor animals would be gone. This leaves the gunslinging humans, the Renegades and the Syndicate, and the mystical beings, the Inferno, the Dragons, and the Specters. At this point the Syndicate and the Renegades will either turn on each other or team up. Either way it ends in their demise against beings that cannot really be brought down with just bullets. This leaves the Dragons, the Inferno, and the Specters. The Inferno being represented by a phoenix means that even if they fall they will just be reborn and therefore are essentially immortal. The specters are just malevolent spirits so they are likely immortal as well. With these 2 assumptions, we can conclude that even if it takes a long time the Dragons will eventually fall to the 2 immortal forces. After this point it's either a tie or a battle of attrition until one of them can’t reform somehow.

Which SHL or SMJHL team was the best team to not make the finals this season and why?
As much as I do not want to say it, the Hamilton Steelhawks were the best team to not make the finals this year. Statistically they are the strongest team in the league with top tier goal scoring, defense, and goaltending. The finals should have unfortunately been the Buffalo Stampede and the Hamilton Steelhawks. The real story here though is the Texas Renegades and their complete out coaching and out stratting of the Hamilton Steelhawks. The Steelhawks were the stronger team and whether it be through being out played, out coached, or just arrogance they fell in the conference finals. This season should have been the Steelhawks attempting to defend their title yet again, but in the end they fell short at the final phase.

If I was out of options and had to eat another player in the league I do not think that I would want to remember that moment. So regardless of how it would taste I would choose to eat Valentin Kalashnikov. That man has drank so much and done so many substances that I believe the trip that would come with the meat would make the situation more bearable as we pushed towards the end. I also believe that there is a chance that by consuming Valentin Kalashnikov I would become not only stronger, but also learn some of his elite defensive and fighting skills that would help me possibly survive in whatever terrible situation I was in that lead to me having to eat another player.

The SHL is the best because it rocks and I have a lot of fun here and Carolina as well as Tampa Bay have been so much fun I can't even put it in words.

What's your prediction for this season's IIHF tournament? Which teams do you expect to do well (or not well)? Which players?
This years IIHF tournament generally looks like it will be a repeat of last years. The usual suspects should fare well since there has not been a big unbankening or influx of unbanked players into any of the teams so I generally expect Team Canada, Great Britain and USA still do very well. Especially Canada is looking great on paper seeing that they are able to field about the same team as they did last season without too much change.
Looking into the other side of the pond as well Great Britain looks like it will still be a dominating force in the tournament. Especially some of their players are still up there and it is surely possible that Vorian Atreides and Jon Forty-One who were up there in points last season will do very well again and support their team to maybe bring it home this season and lose to Canada in the finals. Austria, which is my team, is still a pretty young team and will probably not fare as well yet, but should be up and coming soon.

I think as an outspoken Vancouverite Ryan Reynolds would have a hard time picking an SHL team, but he would easily be a superfan of the Vancouver Whalers in the Juniors. He may not seem like the biggest hockey guy generally since I have not seen him rooting for the Canucks on a lot of occasions, but that means there is even more space in his personal life to pick up another team like his hometown Whalers. And to be honest which sound of mind person would root for the Canucks anyways (I am not sound of mind so it is okay for me to root for them) so you should not automatically expect him to just not like hockey itself.

That's a medium easy one. Since I personally probably do not enjoy the general taste of human flesh I would not waste any time on all the human elements of this league and rather search for animal players that we are graced to have in here. In the end it all comes down between Duncan the Walrus and Iorek Byrnison in my mind. One is a - surprise - Walrus and the other one is a warbear. While I'd agree that hunting a Walrus for food is probably the easier way to get sustenance (even though they are damn scary and fierce creatures) I am personally not too fond of seafood and in my mind a Walrus is seafood. So in the end I would try and hunt down Byrnison so I could make some nice bear stew. Also this feels like a way more legal and less concerning answer than choosing a human peer.

The best team to not make the finals this season was obviously Hamilton. While they didn't have the most TPE, their coaching is usually enough to overpower anyone as we have seen in more than enough finals past. I think most people including myself expected the Steelhawks to make it once again, and even be favorites, once again. It was a huge effort by Texas to make their first finals in a long time, and they are certainly going to be a threat for years to come based on their roster and newly successful coaching strategies. Honorable mention to Chicago which rounds out the conference finalists (great lakes).

You already know Drake would be a huge Toronto North Stars fan. But he would have gone to all the Hamilton games, hangout with Hamilton players, and wear Hamilton jerseys. But he would be a huge ambassador for the North Stars unless they not in the playoffs in which case he's been Hamilton's number one fan the whole time. But now that Hamilton isn't in the finals he's rocking that vintage Renegades jersey cause he been a fan ever since their first cup in season 14 and you probably didn't know that about him. He was a Chicago fan for a little bit too recently so that was odd but he's been a long time fan of them too.

a. The big guns are coming from the S53 Buffalo line of Harrington, Seppala, and Roach who tore it up during the regular season and playoffs. They will take down the poser S53 Renegades like Williams and Sulfurgold. Also there's some other buffalo dudes like Luffy, Sharp, Kholin, Hernadivic who score a ton or something who knows most of them are all stars I guess.
b. I think Texas is a little less worried coming into this finals because they know they have a good team that will likely be back in it for seasons to come. If they don't win this one they won't feel like they missed their only chance. Whereas Buffalo is increasingly frustrated with each season not quite getting it done and they will want to get the cup back.
c. I think Buffalo has great branding despite using a gross color scheme used by a gross football team. Everything about the logo, name, and jerseys just feels right. Brandon did a great job with this franchise and I think its one of the best in the league. I think the renegades could be top tier but I don't like their logo too much.
d. I would rather hangout in Dallas because I already live in Buffalo for hockey reasons. I'm also a warm weather person so its probably nice in Dallas unless its too hot during like July or something. I think theres probably a ton of fun stuff to do in Texas year round whereas Buffalo probably boring and just eating chimkin wings.

If I needed to eat another SHL player, it would certainly be Vaseline Podcalzone. I think this is a pretty easy decision to make as calzones are food and therefore Podcalzones are food too. I would probably eat podcalzone even if the situation was not that dire, such as I needed a snack after work or something. I imagine that podcalzones would go great with beef yoshi. This would create a filling and balanced meal for any occasion. Second option would be Chimkin Wing because he is large and easily accessible. I have almost tried on several occasions to eat Wing but someone always walks in at the last second.

Ok first, you have to establish that this a land based fight. Now that we have that out of the way first to go is the barracuda because fish can't live on land. It will be as useless as a magikarp. Second to go is the monarchs because the common folk will attack those with power. A reenactment of the French Revolution if you will. The bird teams will all slaughter each other. The cats and dogs will duke it out in a tag team cage match. All will perish of course. The dragon will attack the boat, setting it on fire. Renegade and Syndicate will face off in the streets as an arrant round strikes the spectre hiding in the shadows. The freakin north star will crash into the battlefield and the only thing standing is the phoenix rising from the ashes of the rubble. Seems like a pretty fun fight. I will be selling tickets on the side for the main event. (164 words)

IIHF is always a fun time because you get to see all these great players mixed together on different teams. Once fierce rivals quickly become a chemistry filled line that puts up the big points. As per usual Great Britain will finish strong in a tough group and fall short at the very end and walk away with yet another silver medal. This curse will follow us for seasons on end. I firmly believe that Theo Morgan will continue his reign of terror on the league on the international stage. He just set a new single season points record with 102 and is currently the only player to top that century mark. Granted that came in an era with more games than ever but he has the skills to pay the bills. Slap him on a monster top line with fellow steelhawk in Aaron Wilson and elite center Matt Kholin and Canada has a recipe for success. That line will put up a stupid amount of points in the group stage. (171 words)

Being that I am part of the Pride I would love to say that the Lions would come out as King of the logos but looking at all of them I do not believe this would be the case. Right off the bat I think we can remove the North stars and the Aurora. Yes, they are both great logos but really can’t do anything in a fight other then exist. Specters are just scary but pretty sure the sunlight or day would pretty much take care of them, so they are out. Monarchs would just command an army with primitive weapons and get wiped out by the dragons or blizzards. It would be to long to break down every team so I think it would really come down to the Syndicate, Wolfpack, Pride, and Inferno. But when it gets down to the final 4 I have to say the ability of the Syndicate to use their actual human skills to kill animals like we have done for thousands of years they would have to come out on top. It would be a remarkably interesting fight to see though. Side note if the north stars became a shooting star/ meteor they would string down everyone likely emerge victorious.

Hollywood actors and actresses love to get behind their sports teams. With so many celebrities out there and so many different sports to watch. With the rise of popularity of the SHL including new expansion teams it has caught the eyes of the famous celebrities. Dwayne the Rock Johnson has recently been attending the Prides home games. Miley Cyrus has been checking out the Panthers games. Tom Brady is even a fan he has even picked up box seats in the Tampa now. He took the team out to a Barracuda game after they had their boat parade. Justin Bieber of course can still be found around the North Star rink despite them trying to pay him not to come as no one likes him. (WC:125)

a. The argument can be made that Buffalo has more firepower in their offense then Texas. Buffalo scored 33 more goals then Texas in the same amount of games. One could argue being the out of the great lakes there were significantly more blow out games but Texas has an all-around weaker conference which would give the Stampede the edge on offense. (WC:61)
b. Without a doubt Texas has more of a chip on their shoulder then Buffalo. Despite losing the last two finals Texas seemed to have had better seasons but was almost dismissed because they weren’t part of the great lakes. They have had a fantastic group of players that continued to get better each season despite the lack of success. They will 100% come out guns blazing. (WC:66)
c. As far as branding goes I would give the Renegades the edge. Though I like the Stampede branding and color scheme, Texas’ seems to have just a bit more swagger to it. Being their logo matches perfectly well with Texas and have also loved the dark color schemes. The almost complete black out style is a fantastic touch with the touches of grey. The Renegades win the branding war between the two.(WC:72)
d. Being a fan of football I don’t think you could go wrong heading down to Texas. The weather would be hot just the way I like it. Of course the must see/do would be hitting up football all weekend. If it came down to anyone in the SHL I need to eat to stay alive it is hands down Karl Krashwagon. The guy is an absolute specimen he treats his body like a temple and therefor I know he would be the best nutritional value. Its like A&W advertising, he is all natural no artificial flavoring or GMO’s. Yes, it would likely mean I am eating my long time friend, but given the circumstances I think he would likely do the same to me. The guy is basically the result of selective breading and has more muscle than fat which will make for some very tasty lean cut meat. I am sure he would taste at least half as good he looks so pretty dam fine!

If there were an SHL purge, Mew Two would instantly become the league MVP. In this purge scenario, Mew Two could finally use his psychic powers. He wouldn't touch the ice, he wouldn't even need to hold his stick, he could just float around, vibe, and telepathically control the puck and make it fly into the net. If Mew Two got bored of that he could just use his immense strength and the various pokemon moves he learns and body every single other player in the league, much like Tom Wilson does for the Caps every game. Finally, if Mew Two ever gets frustrated, or if a game is not going his way somehow, he could literally turn anyone he wants to stone, just like he did in the first pokemon movie. If he did this frequently enough, he would be the only player left in the league and he would finally win the MVP that he deserved.

If all of the SHL mascots got into a battle Royale, I think that the North Stars would win. It's literally a star for crying out loud! Even if you consider the CN tower to be their mascot (since it's literally the only building in Toronto) it'd still win; no way any other mascot could topple it. If we were only to consider living mascots, I think that NOLA's Specter would probably win. It looks like a ninja ghost and ninjas are tough and ghosts are tough. I think that SFP's lion and Buffalo's ... buffalo (get more creative, people) would be worthy adversaries but I think that the animals are not smart enough to win the battle Royale. The dragon could be another tough one to beat but humans almost always slay the dragon, and combined with the fact that dragons don't actually exist in real life, this could hamper his chances of winning. The aurora would come in last because an aurora only lasts a coupe of hours I think and doesn't even do anything.

Mew Two actually loves Chicken Wings, especially this local join that's in Celadon City between the lake and the Gym there. They serve these delicious buffalo style wins that are so spicy it makes Mew Two cry a little when he eats them. This is the only time he feels emotion so that's why he loves them. The Purge is a concept where typically illegal things (e.g., robbery, murder) are legalized for one day. In an SHL-purge, there's a game day where everything typically illegal to do on the ice is now legal. No rules for sticks or pads, no penalties, no icing, etc. What will your player do on the ice to make the most of this and gain a competitive advantage?
I think the first thing I would do is really have fun with my stick. There would be lots of clotheslines and lots of swinging of the stick. I think that it would be really fun since there is no penalties or anything. Forwards skating down the ice think they are going to get near my goalie and WHAM. Yeah, how about you just go back the other way because this is never going to work. I think that this would actually be kind of fun since there are so many people I would like to hit. No one would get near my goalie, there's no question about that. There would be a lot of defense considering no one would be able to score or get near the net. I think my partner would do the same and we would just be so angry and fearing the fact that other people would not come near us. I think this would be fun, but obviously, it would never happen. This is a really tough question. I think that the winner would be the Spectres because I am not sure that they can be killed. I mean, can Aurora be killed either? That would be really hard to kill a scene, so I guess we should probably just rule them out. Toronto, how would you kill that too? These teams are not playing the game, so they are disqualified. The Maine Timber? We are looking at killing trees? I mean, people would be pretty upset about it, so I am not sure how they would enter the contest. We should probably count them out as well. The Scarecrows would be funny to see in a battle, so I will keep them in. So, we have a bunch of teams fighting now. I think the winner (of not the disqualified teams) would be the Chicago Syndicate. Those are mobsters, they will absolutely kill all of the animals, so they have no shot. I think Chicago would win, no question. (Words: 168)

I do think the New England Wolfpack are the best team not to even make the playoffs. I think the Wolfpack got screwed because of the fact that they lost on a tiebreaker. I think they should have made the playoffs at least with all of the good players that they have. They are definitely on an uphill turn, so it will only be time until they get there, but they deserved better than being eliminated by a tiebreaker. I do think that they should have made the playoffs and the finals with all of the quality on offense, defense, and in goal. The Wolfpack will be in the playoffs next season, you watch. Let's talk about the more important tournament, the World Juniors. I think that Finland will win Group B as well as the WJC. Why will they win? Look at all of the great players that they have. I mean, they have Ragnar-Alexandre Ragnarsson-Tremblay in net who will probably be the best goalie in the entire tournament. Eero Makela, Janne Virtanen, and Ren-Ekelemchi Shimizu-Okoli will really headline the defense to really bolster that defense to lead to the goalie having not too much to do. On offense, we are looking at Tokkulu Lakkamaa, Eero Makinen Jr., KEKW Kekkonen, Jarmo Kekalainen, and Kaapo Kampainen among the players who will be putting points on the board. I mean, you have to think Finland is going to be the team to beat as they look to win yet another WJC. To some, an interesting part of sports leagues is following celebrity fans (like Jack with the Lakers or 50 Cent with the Knicks last week) - who would be some relevant SHL celebrity fans? Which well-known celebrities would be superfans of which SHL teams?
I think the only one that matters is the one that follows the New England Wolfpack. There is no surprise that we have seen Taylor Swift show up to many Wolfpack games. I mean, she is a resident of Rhode Island, so she spends a lot of her time up in the Boston area at the TD Garden taking in the Wolfpack games. Sometimes, she wears her Swift jersey that she made for herself, but other times she will wear Teylora Petrov's jersey, her favorite player in the entire league. There will be a Taylor Swift night next season as well! This is the best celebrity fan in the league, there's no question about it. (Words: 115)

The Purge is a concept where typically illegal things (e.g., robbery, murder) are legalized for one day. In an SHL-purge, there's a game day where everything typically illegal to do on the ice is now legal. No rules for sticks or pads, no penalties, no icing, etc. What will your player do on the ice to make the most of this and gain a competitive advantage?
With no rules hockey, except for putting the puck into the net to score a goal, I would definitely change a few things around the crease to protect my goalie from players taking a run at me. First of all, we’ll install metallic spikes on the outside of the net to deter those nasty crease crashers. I would also reinforce all goalie equipment with metallic studs in order to deal maximum damage to any opponent that gets near me. In terms of stick, I would ensure that the lower part of the stick is quite literally a sharp blade with a pointy end to put the fear into the opponents getting anywhere remotely close to me. Lastly in terms of equipment I would have a bigger catching glove to cover more surface area. Now with no one able to get close to me without being severely injured, I would play regular hockey and no one would score on me because I am really good against long distance shots.

a) Through a quick glance at the players on both teams and how they did during the regular season, both teams seem to have equal amounts of depth firepower. The place where it differs is top line’s fire-power where I would have to give the edge to Buffalo. Aron Hernadivic, Matt Kholin & Monkey D. Luffy give Buffalo the edge in this series.

b) Without a doubt, Buffalo has the bigger chip on their shoulder to win this series. The reason being that they don’t have Hamilton against them in the final, the one roadblock that stopped them the past two times. Also time is less on the side of Buffalo with regressions & expansion. Texas is still very young and will be able to challenge for the cup again in a weaker Western conference.

c) I will give the edge to Buffalo on this one. Yes, we know that Buffalo has a long-standing tradition of having… buffalos on their logo and this continues this tradition, from the Bills to the Sabres to the Stampede. The green & gold scheme is great and the linework has been done by Brandon… someone that actually designs logos for a living. Buffalo, the city, has always been a ‘south canadian’ market and continues to draw fans from a heavily populated area. Overall, it is a better branding.

d) I would think that there are a lot more things to do in Dallas and that would be my destination of choice between the two cities. As for what I would do there it would likely revolve around food & sports. First of all, if we’re in Texas, we have to have the local barbecue. As I am definitely not a baseball fan, I would try to go watch the Dallas Cowboys and the Dallas Stars during my stay there. Football to soak the local atmosphere and hockey because I enjoy hockey.

Task 2:
In a hockey league with no rules at all, Nystrom would have a field day. He's got a little snarl to his game at the best of times. Combine that with being a 6'6" monster with tremendous strength and speed, and you have a recipe for an unreasonable amount of boarding, charging, and goaltender interference. Why ice the puck when you can just crush the guy who goes back on the boards to fish it out of his own end? Why bother racking up assists in the usual way when you can physically pick up the opposing goalie and carry him out of his crease? Why bother fighting when you can run the guy over and skate off? Teams would be in greater need of an enforcer in such a league, as well, meaning Nystrom's paychecks are probably a good bit heavier as well. In general, the big Swede probably likes this Purge league a lot, at least at first, before all those smaller guys realize this isn't the league for them anymore and buzz off to some other sane league and leave him to skate around with multiple clones of Mike Tyson and a goalie who's spent time in federal prison.

The best SHL team to not make the finals this year was the Edmonton Blizzard, because they drafted me and are therefore the best team in the league unless and until they trade me. It also helps that we have the league's cleanest branding, best scouting, comfiest locker room, and generally the best front office in the league. Aside from the completely and totally objective off-ice things that make Edmonton the best team in the league, Jon Forty-One is the most underrated center in the league. Tokolosh and Pepperoni gotta get their goals from somewhere, and they get it from an incredible two-way center who defecates assists at will.

A: In terms of raw offensive firepower, Buffalo probably has the edge here. Their top line of Aron Hernadivic, Matt Kholin, and Monkey D. Luffy put up the most points of any line in the league that didn't wear Hamilton Steelhawks sweaters. Texas are no slouches either, with Wachter, Kvalheim, and Kekkonen all scoring like monsters as well, but Buffalo has the edge in raw numbers. [66 words]
B: Buffalo will have the bigger chip on their shoulder, no question. Texas hasn't sniffed this air in a while, and nobody's going to call this season a bad one for them if they don't bring home the trophy. They'll have next year, right? Well, for the Stampede, this is next year. Do or be chokers forever. [62 words]
C: I'm also giving Buffalo the edge on branding. Green and gold is a classic color scheme that's distinctive and notorious in every league it's used it, from the Green Bay Packers to the Oakland Athletics to the Minnesota Wild actually making a good jersey for once in their lives. Buffalo manages to play into this tradition without looking derivative of any of the above. The Renegades are just the Oakland Vegas Raiders on ice. [79 words]
D: If you're sensing a pattern, just know I didn't do this intentionally. I'm sure Texas is a very nice place, but Buffalo has Lake Ontario. I'd rather spend my long weekend up there, taking in the cool air coming off the Unsalted Seas, kayaking around the shoreline, maybe take a sightseeing cruise to within sight of Canada. 1. - Just smells best!
2. - As a highlander, Urquhart spent a lot of time around farms and ‘agricultural’ ways of working, so he would use some of those moves to catch opponents unawares. There is the Sheep Dip, where he’d sneak, as much as it’s possible to sneak on skates, up behind an opponent, hook his arms under the opponents armpits and lift them up, like a sheep to be dipped. A bit more of a dangerous one for himself, the Birthing Calf involves grabbing the leg of an opposing player and yanking it, like trying to birth a stuck calf. There may not be as much placenta as a real calf birthing, but it is just as effective. And the final move, is the Rolling Goat. This is based on the movement of getting a goat over a fence. As an opposing player skates past the bench, either their own or the St Louis bench, he reaches down, grabs the legs and flips them over the boards. If it’s the St Louis bench, then a bit of stuck beating may or may not ensue!
12. - a. I think it is fairly obvious that the Buffalo Stampede have the better firepower here! In the regular season, the Stampede were just 3 goals behind the league leading Hamilton Steelhawks. The likes of Hernadovic and Luffy fired them to that lofty position. The Renegades are no slouches themselves, being third in the table for Goals For, but the gap to Buffalo was a staggering 11 times the gap from Buffalo to Hamilton!
b. Buffalo will obviously feel they have something to prove here, after 2 defeats in the Finals in consecutive years. The team seems to be very much hitting its peak, and they will not want to go down in history as the SHLs biggest choke artists. Texas have obviously not been here in quite a while, so will want to show that they belong, this is not an aberration. But they have some young up and comers and they are putting it together, it could be just the start of Texas having several runs at the Cup.
c. There is an interesting juxtaposition between the branding of these two teams. Buffalos green and gold colour combination is eye catching and easy to pick out in a crowd. They look ‘fun’, bright, colourful. Contrast that with the dark Texas colour scheme. They could market off it, the way teams like the Raiders have, the brooding outsiders, here to break heads and win games. They are obviously looking a lot better than the Raiders, let’s be honest!
d. Being from Scotland, it would have to be Buffalo, no doubt about it. If I went to Texas, I would literally melt into a haggis-flavoured puddle on the floor. Buffalo would be much more my climate! I think it’s probably on a similar latitude to Scotland. I would enjoy the cool, moist air. I’d visit Lake Erie and Lake Ontario, looking for Nessie’s North American cousin. I might also pop into New Yoik City, to buy myself a Manhattan Rage jersey...

Which SHL or SMJHL team was the best team to not make the finals this season and why?
The best SHL or SMJHL team to not make the finals this season were the Detroit Falcons. They had a more than decent regular season, winning their division, ending second in the conference and fourth in the league. This got them the first bye, which meant they entered the playoffs in the second round. What followed was a series of absolute bullshit games, aginst the Quebec City Citadelles in which the Falcons failed to shoot or register an even remotely decent PDO. The Falcons were far stronger than their playoff record shows and given at least some luck could've easily made it to the finals.

What's your prediction for this season's IIHF tournament? Which teams do you expect to do well (or not well)? Which players?
Team Switzerland has been rising up through the IIHF ranks steadily the past few seasons. With their core coming closer and closer to peak TPE, young players growing up to be experienced players and a strong goalie to back the whole team, the Swiss National Team is surely a force to be reconned with this season. The team has a handful of interesting players that stand out, such as goalie Markus Tegernako, defensemen FR Finn-Rhys, Ursin Zimmermann and Mattias Seger and forwards Slap McShotty, Elijah Jones, Mitchell van der Heijden and Cal Labovitch. They also have a few new players making the jump to the Swiss National Seniors in Frederick Wanesly, Justin Keahi, Anton Mihailov, Yan Dolff and Narboza Manyhands. It’s hard to predict which of these players is going to do well, as they’re all great players who will play their hearts out for their country. However, I’m obviously hoping Cal Labovitch can be somewhat useful for a change.

And given the Detroit Falcons’ obsession with the super hit single ‘Toxic’, she would obviously have to be a Detroit Falcons’ fan. As the Detroit Falcons’ GM, I would hereby like to extend an official invitation to Ms. Spears and her management (can even bring her sister along if she wants) to join one of our morning skates. We’ll provide the gear, just bring your own skates. Everyone on the Falcons would love to skate out with Britney, while listening to some sweet classics like ‘Oops… I did it again.
